Stayed in room 608... very spacious, clean, quiet, appeared newer in decor and features, bed was very comfortable, beautiful view, staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were speedy and efficient.

Very nice room. Two resturants on location and wothin walking distance to most venues.

I enjoyed that I didn't have to drive anywhere cuz everything was within walking distance for me!

Only things that were kind of a draw back was there is no ice on the floors (have to get some from the front desk) and very limited parking(but it is down town grand rapids)

Excellent room

Stayed on March 2nd 2025. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The Van Andel arena was a short walk very confident. Breakfast was okay the waffle makers were out of order and they ran out of coffee. Parking was convenient. We had a very lovely stay..

This is the second time we have stayed here, both times were for a Toby Mac concert at the Van Andel Arena because we live a couple of hours away. Very convenient, less than a 5 min walk from the Arena and Hotel. I will be staying here again if we visit for another concert.

Very nice property for short or long stay. Short walk to DeVos Arena.

Really enjoyed staying here. Easy to access and parking was fairly simple (just called as we got close). LOVE the two restaurants connected. Close walking distance to a lot. Really pleased and will stay again!

The staff was super helpful and nice, many options for food and drink, the pool area was clean and our room was beautiful!

The kitchen was a huge plus to have while traveling. Having all thebpots, pans, dinnerware, and silverware was amazing. It makes traveling easier.

We stayed Thursday - Friday with our 4 year old and the hotel was great, breakfast selections were slightly better during the week, but the room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were all very nice and overall it was a great stay. I do recommend requesting a higher level room than the 3rd floor if you are staying over the weekend with children or are not night owls, as we could hear the DJ from either the attached restaurant or down the street at the Back Forty until well into the early morning hours. Also if you plan to walk all weekend and not move your car daily I recommend using the lot across the street from the hotel lot and saving yourself $9/day for parking, you just won't have in/out access. The location is perfect for downtown stays and everything was walkable from the hotel even with the cooler temps.
