Maintain the keep up of your very good staff and cleanliness of the whole building - garage, gym, room, hallways and the lobby/breakfast area.

Great Breakfast. Room (354) had an off smell

Great hotel. Beautiful rooms. Well situated. We were able to walk everywhere. We walked into old Montreal and to the Basilica. Also it’s situated on the corner of Chinatown which is a lively spot in the evenings.

Great room. The “view” wasn’t really a view though but it was ok. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Wished there had been a smart tv for Netflix etc.

The included breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and variety for everyone.

Great location, very clean and breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and even though they were busy when we went the food was replenished quickly. Would recommend.

Staff was professional and very helpful. Internet was great, Shopping was available with easy access to Metro and buses.

We stayed for 5 days. The location is convenient and the included breakfast is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness could be improved, the staff only made the bed and took out the trash, but didn’t vacuum the floor or always restock essentials like toilet paper or trash bags. The bedsheets were changed once, but they looked quite old and worn, and the bathtub was clogged. Also, the hotel is just a block away from a homeless area, so the surroundings might feel a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it’s fine for what it is, a barely 3-star hotel, although it claims it. Quality and Price didn't match.
