Very good value though did not seem very centrally located - it looked closer to the airport and my conference hotel (Fairmont) on a map! However they kindly let me check in during the early hours of the morning which I was grateful for. Huge standard bedroom and bathroom. And a nice basic restaurant and Costa coffee shop on site. Recommended and would definitely return.

Pool and spa were both closed. Booked the hotel on the basis there were there and useable. No mention of them being shut before arrival.

The air conditioning system of my room was not only SUPER noisy but not working properly: stopping, then restarting, then stopping again...all night long ! I could not get a proper sleep for 4 days. Too hot than too cold...The good point is the breakfast which is not that fancy, but ok for an average hotel.

Clean quiet Place

Breakfast not great and location. The hotel is very nice

First, All the towels smelled like cigarette. Second, I asked the desk if they can help me make a reservation at a restaurant for dinner because the reservation was in Arabic and I don’t speak nor understand Arabic. Also, the reservation site doesn’t take foreign phone numbers so I couldn’t make a reservation. The receptionist said sorry he couldn’t help me. On the hotel pamphlet in the room it says if guests need help making restaurant reservations the staff will be happy help, but not the case. Very disappointing because I ended up not visiting the restaurant that serves authentic Arabian cuisine. Third, kind of out of the way from all the main sights. Need to take a taxi or uber to get to places which are very easy to get.

Room was really clean and comfortable with good design. I stayed really well and staff was really helpful and friendly. Recommend this hotel!

Great, the team was very nice and supportive, the hotel was clean, even when i requested them to change the whole sheets infront of me, ghey took action immediately. in general i will come again
