The guy who checked us in was very nice. We had a great stay here. It was very clean and quiet, we had a regular room and it was just fine for our overnight !!

Basically a crash pad. Skip the showers if you’re a clean freak. No comforts of any kind.

The service wes very good. The hotel itself wes very dated, & not very clean. Also, there was no hot water in the sink, & the bathroom mirror was just propped on the back of the sink.

The staff is wonderful and it is clean.

Loved this hotel right on the beach! So convenient and close to everything! Affordable too!

Close to everything and convenient spot. Very dirty hotel. The only thing they did was take the trash and replace the towels. Ane sheets. There were hair in the shower, a used soap bar and the floors were all full of sand. Gross

It was not what we expected for the price it is was more like a dorm room with a broken bed and bunk beds. Location was great.

The room had a fresh look,it wasn't huge but fine for a seaside beach boardwalk kind of hotel. I t was a great location,too.

Remember, you’re at Jersey shore it is definitely an older beach community. The room is great for beach days kids and animal friendly very clean very minimalistic when you’re at Jersey shore you don’t spend a lot of time in the room you sleep take off one bathing suit and put on the next. It is perfect for beach, growers, and people that love the boardwalk best location on the boardwalk Mohamed the property manager was absolutely fabulous. Not only was he on top of everything but it was my daughter 17th birthday and he surprised us with a cake for her with her name and everything on it. Extremely Clean, friendly, courteous, and best of all dog and kid friendly.

We stayed for three nights and loved it. Directly on the boardwalk/beach. Free parking. We could walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly (for a fee). If you aren’t super picky, this is a great spot. It has everything you need for a beach hotel. Room was large and had all the basics. The manager was super friendly and made it easy for us. We will definitely be back!

I had nothing but extreme inconveniences at that places! Please don’t book here it’s a waste of money!! I wish I can explain in detail everything but not enough space to type out everything word by word. But for now here’s my main issues 1. No on site parking- it’s two or three blocks away in a small tight parking lot 2. Broken bed upon arrival and I was being told I had to pay extra for a room change or they could fix it in an 1hr or two took them 3 hour to switch out the bed frame cutting in to my time to explore jersey shore 3. No hot water in the shower- the staff pretended to shut boiler off and trouble shoot the problem but nothing was resolved I still didn’t have hot water in the shower and they didn’t seem concerned. Instead they refuse to refund me or change my room unless I paid extra for an upgrade bc “ they were fully booked” I had to shower with cool water since water wasn’t warming up my entire stay. 4. Rooms are dirty and moldy and smell like urine-not sure if it’s bc a lot of guest had pets and probably pets are peeing inside. 5. Door wouldn’t lock properly had to reinforce it with a chair against the lock. 6. Only one set of small stairs to the upstairs rooms which were located at one of the corners. Only one person at a time could go up or down if two people it super tight. Please people save your money and don’t stay here or the motel across its own/ run by the same staff.

They advertise having free parking, but it is for small vehicles only and a limited space to park. This place only has 14 rooms and only 8 spaces for parking. You have to pay for parking on street so they let you use one of their parking passes with a $300 holding fee. I reserved a family suite that says sleeps 7. We arrived way earlier than check in and when asked if we could check in early the man says that our suite wasn’t available yet but we could upgrade to an apartment suite for an extra fee. I paid the extra fee for the upgrade, the apartment is the same as the family suite just has a kitchen sink, stove and small fridge. You are in two small rooms with three full size beds. You will comfortably sleep 6 not 7 unless someone is sleeping on the floor. The air conditioner is only in one room so if you close the door the other room doesn’t have air. They also advise ocean view it is if you look at it sideways from the 2nd floor walkway to your room. The room only has a shower which would have been ok but the shower floor was dirty painted over had to wear slides to shower with NO hot water at all.

We spent 4 days here and had a great stay. Location is perfect and our room was clean. Nothing fancy but perfect for the price.

Great that it was close to the boardwalk! Safe place!

We assumed we paid in full through Expedia but the manager charged us for an extra person. He was rude and this place was disgusting. I have used Expedia for many of my travel and was never charged extra when I arrived at the hotel. I expect to receive a refund.
