Really nice rooms. Great place to chill for a few days.

Food overall has a lot to be desired. There can be some improvements. Other than that the place is clean, neat, nice and staff is really nice

Muy relajante y lindo lugar

La ubicación es muy buena, cuenta con salida a la laguna muy cómoda y accesible. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, eso sí diario te preguntan si quieres la limpieza y esta se realiza muy tarde, pasadas las 4 pm, creo que eso podría mejorar. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno lo cual estuvo muy bien, alimentos de buena calidad, aunque al restauran le faltan más cartas de menú y bebidas solo te dan una hojita toda maltratada. En general la estancia estuvo muy bien, creo que para mejorar hace falta que el personal esté más atento, no hay alguien que te ofrezca alimentos o bebidas en la zona de la alberca y camastros.

Las instalaciones son buenas y bonitas, algo lejos del centro, no hay nada de atencion por parte del personal, la atencion del mesero pesimo, lo mejor su muelle en el lago

So we are very experienced Mexico travelers. Everything from Hotels to rentals. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown different rooms. The Hotel concierge was amazing. She was polite and welcoming getting us in the rooms quickly as we were two couples. The grounds were beautiful, maintained, rooms were clean, and great beds. Had a great time. We did have to wake up staff to get in the Hotel when coming back after midnight. We booked the rooms for us and a another couple. I do not speak Spanish very well but my friend does. When checking out he spoke Spanish and all was ok. With me and my wife the Male concierge told me we left a dirty pillow and need to pay $200 pesos. We refused and my wife showed the maid it is just make up and washes off. They agreed and we left. 6 hours later we were notified that they charged us $1300 pesos to replace a sheet, a pillow case and a towel. There were no stains on anything at all. They would not answer our calls or messages. THIS WAS IN EVERY WAY DELIBERATE THEFT AND TARGATED AT NON SPANISH SPEAKING GUESTS MADE US FEEL HORIBLE. It is unfortunate that actions of certain staff can ruin a great time and a great location would never go back
