Clean and spacious room

Room was lovely and cleanish! I had to clean the bath before I could use it as it had hairs in it. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also we was suppose to receive a complimentary bottle of bubbles but didn’t receive one. Still it was a pleasant stay.

All good but dog friendly??? Avoid if you have dogs.

Unfreundliche Personal und Zimmer nicht so sauber

Lo peor de todo sin duda el personal. Todavía estamos esperando tomar un café. En teoría cierra el servicio 23. Pues bien a las 2240 picamos al tiemble 3/4 veces de las mesas de cafetería. A las 23 indicamos que no ha venido nadie. Nos dice. Que está cerrado. Me se canta el personal que no entiende que ellos cobran de lo que se factura y que si no se factura ellos van a la calle. Por lo demás muy bien.

Great room, lovely staff

Room and hotel well appointed, staff considerate and friendly. Dog friendly and, unusually, the pet room was immaculate. Restaurant menu limited and not able to take our smaĺl dog in - room service was our only option.

This hotel shouldn’t be rated with4 stars. The staff in the hotel were not professional in any respect. They were unorganised, unhelpful at reception, provided poor service in the breakfast restaurant (leading us to a table and then giving it to other guests), and where do I start with the makeshift bar. The hotel is not near any other amenities so you would expect to have a permanent bar but instead the put a temporary bar out in the reception area which is not permanently staffed, so to get a drink you need to ring a bell and wait to be served. They close the bar at 11pm. We arrived back from dinner at 11.05pm and asked for a drink and despite the reception area being busy we were rudely refused service despite our polite request. When we arrived they were hoovering the reception area and seemed unprepared to deal with incoming guests. The hotel is relatively modern and in a residential and quiet area with good transport via bus into San Sebastian and could be much better. It is particularly let down by their staff at all levels from management down who are simply not up to the job.
