Really enjoyed my stay here at Hilton Garden Inn. Although it’s a bit far from downtown. It’s quiet and a perfect ride to the airport. Literally less than 20 minutes. Clean rooms. Looks like it’s newly built. Friendly staff. Amazing view. Room was so nice. Easy to order food with Glovo and easy to get a taxi with the hotel. Wish I had a couple of nights. But it’s a perfect hotel when you’re staying one night and want to be near the hotel. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Casablanca Sud. I stayed twice, as it was close to the airport and quiet. There is quite a bit of construction around casa due to the World Cup’30 & the Africa Cup this year(?). I wax thankful I stayed away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city. The food for both breakfast and dinner was good.

Muhammed, front desk clerk, was very courteous and helpful! I was received quickly and I was happy to be upgraded to a better floor and view! The views of the straight are amazing!

Je suis un client régulier au Hilton Garden C'est suite à une information mal comprise que j'ai précédemment enregistré une critique qui après plus ample information s'avère non fondée. Toujours un excellent service malgré ce qu'on peut qualifier de panne technique mineure et temporaire.

Everything was great staff are very helpful

This property is located about 8 kms from Casablanca downtown. Closer to the airport. We stayed here the day before heading out. Convenient. If going into the city, account for traffic and time. 8 kms in the evening will take about 45 mins if going to the city. The staff was friendly and for our family of 4 with 2 teens, they gave us 2 adjoining rooms. Welcome surprise.

Please do not listen to the bad reviews. This property is five stars all the way from the total amenities to the room itself to the entire staff. We got there late and even at 12 am they were able to arrange a taxi that was more than reasonable to give us a tour the next morning starting at 8:30 am! The towels Were big clean and no wear on them at all. I read through the bad reviews and completely unfounded and completely underserved. The property is Hilton standards and at a great price! We did not get a chance to eat breakfast but the locals told us it is a great breakfast option

This hotel was nice and very clean! Modern decor and not too far from the airport. Younes was kind, patient and so helpful with all of our questions. He helped get a driver for us and went over and beyond! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Everything i good about this hotel except their refund policy. They seem like a small hotel although its the hilton. I cancelled my booking after 3 minutes of booking and they did not refund my money and they refuse to contact with expedia. It was terrible.

We checked in on the 19th around 7ish , we were exhausted since we were driving for 7 hours. And traffic was bad. We checked into our first room no slipper 420 , the body gel dispenser wasn’t there. The kettle was plugged the wrong way. We are not from Morocco or the Middle East so we were scared to play around, we contacted front desk for assistance, crazy thing about front desk, they have about 5 people working and the phone will ring for 2 mints at least before someone picks up. Too busy doing things that are not work related . Finally, they picked up and mentioned someone will come to help, but they forgot about us between 11-12:30 am , we called back again 30 mints later and finally someone showed up to help us. We tried to work the AC system, heat kept on coming out. We contacted front desk 3ish in the am since I couldn’t take it anymore (I started to have a hard time breathing and my asthma was acting up ) maintenance comes and they stay for one hour meanwhile we are extremely exhausted trying to figure what’s going on and maintenance guy mentions he can’t do anything because he doesn’t have the tools( not sure what is the point of maintenance if you are not going to have the right tools) . We asked for a fan, they mentioned they don’t have a backup fan( that’s alarming since we know how hot it can get in Morocco) they switched us to another room at 4ish in the morning. We went to the second room 516 and passed out, air conditioning was working finally. Part1review

Overall fine but need some adjustments for example room temperature not working and body lotion disposer not working
