Yes taxi could park outside.no problems

Had to check in down the road then get back in my car which isn't great with a suitcase. Room ok. Restaurants was a walk away and nothing was easy to get to. Overall ok but be patient.

It was difficult to find our room- there could have been more signage. There was no heating on in the room when we arrived and it was very cold. The bathroom was also cold and had no source of heating. We had an evening meal which was very tasty but they seemed understaffed as we had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive. BreaThere wan

Clean room, quiet, loads of parking, lovely staff, freshly cooked breakfast.

Amazing hotel. It’s like living in an old English Movie. Beautiful surroundings and excellent service and staff. We are definitely going back.

Very good food and relaxing

It's a very pleasant place to stay, helpful staff no issues at all.

With no prior warning, i was advised on arrival that the accommodation had lady birds present in every room and there isnt anything they can do about it apart from try putting you in a different room. Despite being warned theyre present in every room. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was also unpleasant. Blood like stains on the carpets, multiple hairs within the carpets and also a badly stained kettle were just some of the unpleasantness experienced.

This hotel is an interesting find. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and it was a fun place to stay.

The hotel was lovely, not sure how I haven't found it before! Room was initially too warm for me, but I could turn the heating off completely and open the windows which was fab! Only criticism from a female perspective, no mirrors with plug sockets anywhere near them! Mirrors, plug sockets but not together. Will be staying again though :-)

Realy good

Overpromised, under delivered. Cheap awful bed, noisy doors, we had to get a tv remote from reception ! No toiletries. According to the website there are lovely rooms….but we didn’t get one. We booked a “superior” room but I can only imagine what it was superior to… the shed ?? Bar staff were excellent , but mouldy windows, grouting like a child had done it added to a huge disappointment

Staff lovely, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. It's a beautifully set up hotel and well worth a visit. Our stay coincided with a breakfast with Father Christmas (in not American, so i dont say "Santa" and it was lovely seeing the children all excited. I definitely recommend Rainhill Hall.

Friendly Staff, good food and comfortable stay

Staff were spot on,breakfast was very good.Luxury room was very shabby and had a metal framed bed that clanked every time you moved and a very thin mattress that you could feel the springs through!

The hotel staff was friendly, restaurant good.

Lovely room with new shower, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bar area and nice grounds to wonder around. Just a continental breakfast in the morning, but this was ample. It wasn’t expensive to stay here but excellent value for money.

room 30 is pretty tired, the shower is high above the bath with no shower screen/curtain so it's impossible to keep the bathroom dry, puddles form everywhere.
