Nothing even close to 4 star hotel.Overpriced, overcrowded, every

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

라스베가스 여행을 준비하며 일찌감치 후반기 머무를 곳을 포시즌을 정해놓았지만 스피어를 방문하고 쇼핑을 하기위한 중심가 호텔로 이 호텔을 결정했는데 가격은 조금 저렴했지만 이름에 걸맞지 않게 시설이 오래되었고 에어컨이 돌아갈때마다 천둥치는 소리가 나고 침대는 옆사람이 조금만 움직여도 그 충격이 고스란히 전달되고 방에 커피포트 조차도 없고 컵도 달랑 두개가 있어 양치컵으로 사용하고 나니 물컵이 없고 욕조를 사용하면서 비누를 풀어쓰고 물을 빼놨더니 욕조 청소하지 않아 쓰던 비누가 욕조안에 고대로 있고 물도 비치해주지 않아 라운지에서 가져다 놓아야 했음 정말 전세계 여러 5성급 호텔을 이용했지만 최악이었고 그래서 처음으로 리뷰를 남기고 있음. Sphere에 걸어가기는 좋았음

The Venetian was absolutely incredible and the staff was awesome to interact with! The Prestige Club Lounge is a must if you stay here!

I loved how well informed all staff members were, from security walking around to management to waiters. I didn't meet a single person who wasn't well informed, friendly and trying to make this trip better than any trip you've ever gone on before. The buildings, decorations, rooms, grounds were mind boggling and gorgeous; you kinda wish you had a dozen eyes to take everything in.

The suite was fantastic. The staff also fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel, and the suite was updated recently which was a pleasant surprise. Even nicer than the photos online.

Even though the room was expensive prestige suite, I was not properly provided with guaranteed services. The water was shut down during the night so I was not able to take a shower until 4am and go to bed until dawn. My wife had to move to the room from 29th floor to 10th floor to take a shower in another room by changing clothes and carrying all the gadgets for shower. When we made the reservation, we were not noticed that we need to take a shower in another room on another floor and wait until 4AM to freely use the toilet in our room. What is worse, I woke up at the loud noise of construction without having enough sleep after going to bed after 5AM due to the shutdown of water. I was not able to stay in the room even for a second from 9AM because of the loud sound.

We spent four nights in a Prestige Club Grand King Suite on the Palazzo side. Originally we had booked Venetian but were informed by a phone call days before our trip that the lounge on that side was going to be closed for renovations. On arrival around 4pm we were offered bottled water but no Prosecco as advertised. Our room was to come with a pre arranged comped fridge to make up for the lack of wet bar/fridge that the Venetian room had. It had not yet been ordered. After a reminder it came later that night. When we arrived at the lounge for cocktails and canapés it took over one hour after we were seated and orders taken to be served. People were going up to the bar and being served far more complex drinks than my bourbon and soda while we still waited. Twice a server asked if we had ordered. Our own server just kept saying it was coming. I have mobility issues and am unable to sit at the bar. Drinks eventually came and were adequate. The line for canapés was ridiculous. I can only think that they crammed all the Venetian guests and Palazzo into one overcrowded group. Not relaxing at all. They turned on the electric piano but declined to turn off the overhead music which was jarring. The servers on that Sunday evening seemed more interested in chatting up guests at the bar than doing their jobs. Dirty plates were piling up, trays of food were not replenished in a timely fashion. Service improved on the next three days, but lineups remained an issue.
