Godt hotell med praktisk og sentral beliggenhet. Fine rom og design, men trangt og manglet gode stoler eller skrivebord. Anbefales, men helst for kortere opphold.

The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. It is beautiful and comfortable and very, very chic! It is more than a bed for the night it is an experience! I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times!

The property was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. I have been to Vienna many times before and for some reason I thought it was closer to the.Kartner walking Street. It was on a walking street, but not one of the nicer ones.

Nice boutique hotel. Great staff and perfect location.

The property was in a great location, walking distance from the centre and near lots of shops and places to eat and drink. It was very pretty inside and out. The roof top bar was great for a drink with views across Vienna. The staff were friendly. Our room was very small with very little space to hang anything. I had to move the bedside table to be able to open a cupboard to put clothes in, the TV was on a side wall so you couldn't see it from the bed, there was a table full of bottles of alcohol which was taking up space making it difficult to open the curtains. Our toilet was leaking, which made the room smell, which we reported twice and nothing was done and then, when checking out, the receptionist said the repair person had gone to the wrong room. We weren't offered a welcome drink open arrival and it would have been really useful if reception had let us know that Thursday was a bank holiday and all of the shops were shut.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Every last detail in the room was just perfect. Including the jasmine plant on the little terrace that was flowering and smelt amazing. We were sad to leave and had begun planning when we might be able to return before we’d even checked out. Nothing at all to fault. The hotel’s bakery out front was also wonderful. Great vegan croissants!
