The property was exactly what I wanted. Clean, close to the rink, has access to an amazing gym and pool. I enjoyed my time there. Paula at check in was extremely informative and helpful. All the staff were friendly and great at their jobs. Also the breakfast was enjoyed by all.

Great location. Attached to the Credit union place which is nice and allows you to get to the rink, pool, bowling and gym while staying inside. Don’t like that the website didn’t express clearly that the pool is a public pool. When it says open daily there are exceptions for holidays since it’s a public pool and not a hotel pool. I feel there’s been enough feedback on this in reviews that the website should be changed. I don’t think I’d want to stay if the place was full or any sort of sporting event going on that I wasn’t a part of. If you’re there for a swim meet, figure skating comp or hockey tournament then this would be the best place. The breakfast area is small and congested so to add more people would not be pleasant I wouldn’t think. Overall though I did enjoy my stay, had fun but won’t likely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, but no charger for the car. Had to go up the road to the credit union place chargers.

The towels in the pool should be provided by the hotel. Other than that, everything was superb.

The heating/ cooling system in the room was so loud, every 15-20 minutes the thing would turn on making such loud noise impossible to sleep. Room itself was ok. Bed not vary comfortable. Convenient access to the pool but not part of the hotel so there is limited hours and cost money to use lockers, one time use.

Great family oriented place to stay. Lots of entertainment options without having to leave the facility (pool, bowling, indoor track, etc.) two restaurant options as well as a little cafe! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay, we travel frequently and this has to be one of the best places i have ever stayed. The hotels itself is beautiful, clean and there are so many things to do our family of four two kids age 5 and 7, were never without something to do, so much to access and you dont even need to step outside. We attended a hockey game, bowled, went to the sports complex that is included and has a pool with waterslide, steam room, sauna and a hotub.

The hotel staff were very helpful and great when checking in and out! The room was very clean and nice, so was the property.

second time staying at a Microtel Inn & Suites. They continue to meet my expectations, continental breakfast was excellent.

Pool steam room and hottub are a community recreational space closes at 8:45pm daily. Beautiful space next to the Race trac Get to watch the horses training

Excellent spot for recreational activities, especially during colder months. Hotel is attached to a recreational facility with pool, skating, bowling, fitness centre and indoor walking and jogging track. There is a breakfast included with price but it is very early morning and has limited vegan options. It would be so much better to have several vegan choices and less animal cruelty foods. There is a betta fish in the lobby, they promote saying hi too, like a mascot. It would be great if they put the fish, Micro, in a bigger, filtered tank. The hotel is a nice facility, clean and well located in Summerside. Some of the downsides are cramped rooms, little storage and no seating other than beds inside the rooms. During our stay, there was a kids hockey tournament so the last couple days of our stay was awful due to huge crowds of kids unattended all over the building. Kids were literally left out of the rooms running and screaming down hallways on every floor until midnight. It was ridiculous especially in terms of adults allowing it to continue on with no intervention. We had our three children with us and understand what is required to care for kids. Letting them loose in the building is not decent or kind to the general community. If a person is able to stay at this hotel when there are no major children's events going on then it is a decent place to stay. But with no real vegan breakfast and the lack of respect to clients during hockey season, it is off my list.

A nice room and rate for a weekend visit.
