We loved our stay in Nashville. This property is directly across from Nissan Stadium, within walking distance (1 mile) to downtown. We enjoyed staying out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was a great way to start each day. At night, the bar and restaurant were open. Very reasonable prices! We enjoyed the TV's and sitting area with a fireplace by the bar on the night we returned to the hotel early.

Check in was quiet a wait, we were the only people inline and the front desk clerk was on the phone, i am a business owner, any customers that are in front of me while I am on the phone, I immediately ask the person on the phone to hold on and I help the customer standing In front of me first. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was decent, elevator was quite a wait at times, house cleaning and guest use the same elevator, while it’s right next to a highway it’s quiet in the room, they are building an eye soaring structure right next to the hotel, felt safe in the area, beds are rock hard but comfortable

Front desk was rude when I checked in and housekeeping came I put room way before check out. She open the door before we could answer and then came back still before checkout time…

Traveling back to Michigan from Florida and decided to stay the night in Nashville, TN. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s about a 20-25 min walk to downtown from the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was great and had a good variety. Will definitely visit again.

Stayed 2 nights in a road trip. Enjoyed the pool. Weather kept us from exploring more.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff! Especially Lisa who met us every morning at breakfast with a big friendly smile! Bar and restaurant were excellent!

I found the Inn to be very clean with a sense of extensive renovation. The staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfest is complimentary with healthy choices. The construction of a new stadium accross the street did make negotiation of the access road onto the premises a bit of a challenge, but only temporary.

I really love how secured the hotel was and very clean

Everything was great. Breakfast was good. Easy access to Broadway employees in the breakfast area or a fantastic very nice hotel would recommend it for anybody.

Location close to downtown, which made walking to Broadway easy. Staff we’re friendly and made our stay enjoyable. When we had a concern with the air conditioner, it was promptly taken care of.

The in-room refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We requested another one which didn't work either. Thankfully, we had our large cooler, which we filled with ice. The bedding was grey & stained. I requested new pillowcases, which arrived in the same condition. All bedding should be replaced.

This was our 2nd time staying at this particular location. We enjoyed it and it's location the first time last year that we decided to stay there again. Valet and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff was the reason. Our room was a bit worn and no closet but all staff treated us like family. Every member of the cleaning crew greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. The morning breakfast crew actually talked to people gathering (and I say this and I didn’t happen to have a need to talk with them but listened to how they interacted). Sperry at the bar and so sad we can’t remember the gents name (beard night time bartender w/Sperry and has been there for awhile) were so good to us every day we were there. Another young lady (Harry Potter socks) too but we only delt with her once. Thank you to all on our 2nd visit there and it’s going to be our destination every time we visit.

We have stayed here many times. We LOVE this hotel and staff!! The ONLY problem is the very very slow elevators!!!

Breakfast daily was great. Had good view side room of downtown & Korean Vet & Pedestrian bridges. Parking Garage is tight very tight on turns. And Hotels.com sold me THIRD PARTY rental car insurance. Won’t buy that again
