All is perfect, property, location, service, staff, cleanliness, massages, bar, the food is to die for. Every ingredient seems like it’s been hand picked to perfection, the quality of each dish, presentation and proportion is absolutely amazing. This is the it place!!!!

Esto es un señalamiento de un TEMA GRAVE DE SEGURIDAD para quien visita la propiedad, teníamos un tour programado a las 5:00 am así que al intentar salir del hotel a las 4:45 descubrimos que estábamos encerrados completamente sin personal del hotel en ningún lado, el personal posteriormente abrió la puerta hasta las 6:10 así que si el hotel hubiera tenido un tema de seguridad la gente estaría completamente sin forma de salir lo cual es inaceptable para cualquier propiedad que albergue gente, sin salidas de emergencia se convierte en un escenario irresponsable de los administradores, perdimos dinero del tour pero agradezcan que nunca han tenido una emergencia en un lugar donde pueden mantenerlos encerrados literalmente, ya en temas generales la propiedad está bien, ojo con dos detalles, hay gallos en la propiedad vecina así que si tienes el sueño ligero te van a despertar muy tempranito y cuando llegamos tuvimos una recepción de las menos amables y despotas que hemos tenido, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Es un lugar muy bonito!

Fácil de llegar, 30 minutos del aeropuerto aprox. Alimentos muy ricos, el Chef a está a cargo de la cocina y restaurante. Lo único es que hay mucho ruido del exterior por los claxos de Motocicletas y de animales de granja.

Bonito Hotel , solo que esta muy lejos del centro y de las atracciones de Huatulco , no hay señal de celular ni television en los cuartos , no tienen buffet pero si restaurant , servicio bueno pero no excelente

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s clean, the staff are so friendly and kind an always there to assist. My stay was so relaxing! The food and drinks are absolutely amazing! A 1 minute walk to the beach where it’s miles of sand and beach that is uncrowded. 10/10

Rooms are quality and staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has some great food, but it’s a bit expensive. Two things to note; surprisingly small pool area for how many rooms and the area is very underdeveloped. Definitely an older crowd vibe. The hotel would benefit by enforcing a bit more etiquette at the pool area around reversing sun beds, the people staying at the resort during our stay hogged the chairs and acted like they owned the place. The area has no cell reception, no stores, no ATM, only a few restaurants however the beach is epic and not busy whatsoever.

This hotel is so impeccably designed and the restaurant is 5-star. We loved our room, to the point I was taking pictures to incorporate design elements at home. Bocana Beach is very quiet, but a gorgeous place for a long walk. The hotel restaurant is so good, but there are also a couple of places right on the beach if you want cheap eats or a drink. 2 minutes away is a nice park where you can see some ruins and get a little exercise. We rented a car, so it was easy for us to travel to different beaches and bays, which were beautiful. I highly recommend Organa for something kinda secluded (a 10-minute flat hike out) and La Entrega for families (there are restaurants and seating, plus very very calm water) We come from NYC, so we are used to noise. If you aren't, then the roosters crowing outside the hotel in the early morning may bother you. It didn't bother us. I'm sure if you sleep with the door closed and the A/C on (we slept with screen door open), then it wouldn't be as loud. Just something to be aware of if you are hyper sensitive to noise. There is a lot of development happening in the area near the hotel, but we never heard noise that bothered us. But I am sure in 2 years, there will be a lot more travelers going to this area because of the increase in condos, airbnbs, etc.
