We stayed with hotel Concorde for several nights. The location is very convenient from the train station eurostar brussels. The hotel is clean and well updated. The issue i have is bad communication from the management, my spouse was taken to the emergency room and we missed one night stay and asked the manager to help us showing them proof of emergency, sent email, sent expedia messages and even left notes with the hotel staff but he would not even respond to us with any remedy. This ruined my whole perspective about the service this place provides on top of everything else we went through.

Estuvimos 6 noches y fue un acierto, sobretodo porque está al lado de la estación Midi y una boca de metro, todo a 1 minuto. Genial para ir al centro de Bruselas en 10 minutos y a cualquier otra ciudad de Bélgica desde esa estacion. El hotel es muy nuevo y las habitaciones están muy bien, cn cafetera nespresso y hervidor. La cama muy cómoda y se dispone de 2 tipos de almohadas. Eché en falta perchas en el baño para colgar las toallas.

Reserved a “junior suite” at this hotel which was rated “4 stars”. The room was cramped, carpets were dirty, the bathroom had a single lightbulb which was like getting ready by candlelight, the property is in a run down area on a dirty street and there was loud noise from construction in the building next door from 830-6. We were tired and wanted to rest but we stayed out walking to avoid going back to the room. Its outlandish that we were charged over $400 CDN for this

Place was small to compare to USA hotels, but super clean and lovely. 12 min. Walk from main square and only 2min. from train and bus station!!! That is huge plus when u have luggage in your hands. Will stay again in same hotel.. breakfast and dinner also can get in hotel. Place was perfect.

Room is clean and staff ate so friendly. Highly recomended.

Le parking est indiqué à 19 euros nous avons payé 45 euros et il y avait que 2 places alors que la reservation était bien pour 3 personnes, le problème c’est HOTEL.com pas l’hotel

It was convenient for the station, and we were only staying one night. The hotel had no problem with us arriving very late due to serious problems with disrupted rail services, as we had told them by email earlier

J'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet établissement. La chambre était impeccable, bien insonorisée et le lit très confortable. Seul un léger bruit de plomberie était audible en continu, mais n'a pas perturbé mon sommeil.

Friendly staff excellent cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are beautiful and new, close to all types of transport buses metro taxis and trains, too bad there are many tramps but after all it is so in almost the whole city. The huge Sunday market right below and around the hotel is fantastic. Advice.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jätte fint rum, rent och ganska bekvämt. Bara 5 minuters avstånd från Brussels Midi stationen.

Schönes aber kleines Hotel mit ca 15 Zimmern, welche super neu eingerichtet sind. Um das Hotel sehr viel Baustelle und ggf. eines Bahnhofs. Daher recht laut. Frühstückt ist überschaubar, aber für jeden was dabei. Fazit: schöne und gepflegte Zimmer in weniger schöner Lage

Nous avons logé à l'Hôtel Concorde pour un grand W E et y avons dormi 3 nuits : - hôtel très pratique, à 5 mn à pieds de la gare du Sud et à +/- 30/35 mn du centre ville, également à pieds; - hôtel très bien tenu, propreté impécable; - personnel charmant, très attentif: un accueil, là aussi, inpécable; - petit déjeuner très varié et bon qui permet toutes sortes d'agréables combinaisons alimentaires; - le seul défaud est le bruit des trains que l'on entend, assourdi certes, mais présent du fait de la conception des fenêtres (le haut vitré, fixe, n'est pas en double vitrage, contrairement au reste de la fenêtre qui a un bon double vitrage). Donc, je recommande cet hôtel pour tous ses points positifs ( et en venant avec des "bouchons d'oreilles" ).
