Great

Loved the area, the staff, and facility overall. Its not incredibly kid-friendly (pool is very small and it caters to adults with restaurant and bars). Overall, 5 stars for convenience in location, beautiful hotel and delicious cafe on first floor.

Rooms were lovely and spacious, and the pool was a lovely summer escape in the middle of the city!

This is definitely my spot any time I visit Montreal! Everything was within walking distance and so many food options around. The staff were wonderful as well.

It was good, however I feel like for the price it could have been a bit better. The sheets were really rough but the staff was nice. I feel like there are better places to stay but at least it was clean.

Nice and adequate

This was a business/family trip. Everything with hotel was good, only comment is that room service wasn't being fone before later time of the day. So by the time we got to the hotel each day around 4:30 pm, the room wasn't serviced and usually it happened late. We stayed 4 days at yhe hotel and two of the days the service happend quiet late. Other teo days everything was ok

We travelled with our dogs and it was super easy! Bar was great… shopping close and Old City within walking distance for dinner….

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean, the staff was great, and the whole property had a really nice, modern feel. There’s a lovely bakery and coffee shop on site with beautiful pastries and delicious coffees and teas, definitely a highlight. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant and lounge this time, but I’d love to on my next visit. The mini-bar in the room was also really well stocked. There was some construction in the area that made getting to the hotel a little tricky, but that’s pretty common for downtown Montreal during the spring and summer months. I did find the room could have been a bit more soundproof, we could hear our neighbors and anyone chatting in the hallway. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, so the room steamed up a lot after hot showers. All that said, I had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Location is nice and spa has great treatments but poor service and restaurant had errors in pricing. I alao ordered room service from this restaurant and the food was not fresh or tasty.

The property is lovely and the area is improving. Lots of construction, but it's getting better. Close to downtown and old montreal. An excellent bakery in the same building. Love it here
