Exactly what you expect from an Ibis hotel. What you see is what you get. Clean an professional. Ibis Timisoara is no exemption. Never extraordinary - but more important- never bad.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch verstehe ich nicht, wieso ich und mein Freund ein Zimmer für Behinderte bekommen haben. Das Badezimmer war für Menschen im Rollstuhl ausgelegt. Die Dusche war offen, das Wasser war somit überall. Im Zimmer gab es eine Tür anliegend zum Zimmer daneben. Wir konnten die Nachbarn deutlich reden und schnarchen hören. Was die Reinigung betrifft, leider fragwürdig. Bei der Ankunft fand ich eine schwarze Socke im Kleiderkasten, die bestimmt vom Gast davor war. Eckelhaft. Und im Zimmer gab es nur ein Wasserglas statt zwei. Was wir super fanden, war das Bett. Haben wirklich wunderbar darin geschlafen. Zusammengefasst: Für Leute ohne Behinderung sollte man auch einfach ein normales Zimmer hergeben. Danke.

Clean, convenient, and modern hotel. Parking price is a bit excessive when compared to other costs, but it is nice to have a secure lot.

All bad, there is a hidden tax for parking.

The accomodation is excellent but the staff lacks attention to details. I had requested a breakfast pack (as I had paid) to be prepared as I had to check out early the next day. I repeated my request twice and the reception confirmed. However the next day nothing was prepared. I had earlier requested the same at another hotel and there was absolutely no problem.

Das Zimmer an sich war ok. Leider war die Dusche etwas verkalkt, was man beheben könnte. Hausschuhe und ein Bademantel waren diesmal nicht inklusive was schade war… das Frühstück ist für den Preis angemessen gut. Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Plenty of parking spots outside and only 50 RON per day (10 Euro ) per day . The “marble” dark grey floors in the rooms they look unclean…maybe it’s just the looks of it . I have stayed at other Ibis hotels but this was not the best of them .

Fast check-in , clean room, very good breakfast

There isn’t much directly around the hotel, but there is a restaurant on site, and the old town with lots of dining options is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The bed was relatively firm, but still comfortable

We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. However, there was a dog barking after midnight and some noisy trains. The hotel is new and clean, centrally located. We’ll book again next time.
