Excellent location nice facility and helpful staff

Great place to stay decor was great. Cigar bar and the pool were really nice. Staff was friendly and everything was so clean and nice. Short cab ride to all the fun.

Un établissement 5 étoiles dans une ambiance faux rococo trop kitch. Le strict minimum au niveau service et le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ( buffet )

It was very good, but no ice in the reception bar also very little atmosphere Beautiful hotel, wrong location not enough staff came in one night nobody available to park the car

Most likely the best hotel experience we have had. The place is to highest quality, and the service is world class. We are coming back.

Kitsch; somewhat cheesy decoration but also gave it interesting personality. about 15 minutes walk from downtown so the location is not ideal but still close enough, and gives you the advantage of being away from the main touristy areas. The staff were amazing. Everyone felt genuinely nice. From the cleaning people to the door man to the servers and the receptionists. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We stayed for 9 nights and loved everything about it. The service is amazing. Such gorgeous staff. Loved the hotel facilities too. The rooftop pool is incredible.

staff was superb, great roof-top bar & food. Dollar was extra strong in Serbia, thus great stay. Only hotel I would stay at while in Belgrade PERIOD.
