The hotel was fine. It seems new but the vinyl flooring in the room was coming up.

The staff were great. The computers were down when I first checked in. Later when I finally was able to check in. This was not the staff’s fault and they handled it very professionally.

Provided transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship. Great breakfast provided with great service. I would stay there again

We absolutely loved the breakfast! The staff were friendly. The manager was very welcoming! He always smiled and talked to us and said hello.

All of the front desk workers were great, including Alina. The staff at breakfast were amazing and very helpful and nice. The manager was around in the morning to ask about our stay, and in general the hotel was in quite good condition for the price. Would book another room again!

Great place to stay even if you will be commuting to airport or cruise port. Staff is great, special mention to the ladies on the front desk who helped me a lot with transportation and shuttle coordination

We had a horrible trip upon arriving. The airline left our luggage out in the rain, so EVERYTHING was soaked. The staff at the hotel helped us so much and we were so appreciative. Job well done!

Front desk girl was great

The front desk staff was unwelcoming. Acted as if me checking was a bither. Totally unprofessional. I was quoted $197, but got there and its $247. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff gave me information about transportation to a restaurant which turned out to be one of the best seafood meals I’ve ever had. Weather was not good when I returned. It was raining. I was able to sit in the lobby and work on a craft project it was quite comfortable.
