Mereka curang pada tarif kamar! Biaya pembersihan tambahan akan dikenakan! Dan itu berada di bawah “kebijakan akomodasi”!

Lokasinya sangat jauh dan untuk cek innya sangat ribet tidak ada lobby jadi kita harus menunggu orang di depan dan untuk deposit lumyan mahal.

Harga yang sangat berbaloi untuk tempat bermalam yang sangat selesa untuk kami keluarga kecil bertiga. Lengkap dengan utiliyyang sangat baik. Very recommended.

The room smelled horrible, there were cockroaches in the room. The room has cameras, and the staff has access card to enter your room whenever they want. I was harassed by the hotel staff to pay extra money (MYR370), else he will enter the room to "check it". The money is supposedly for cleaning the place, security deposit, and tourism tax. Upon trying to request paying the money on check out (we didn't have cash), he started yelling outside the building, called a spare key card and entered the room, where my girlfriend was sleeping. We had to take our luggage out and find someplace else to stay, as we were thrown out of the room. The nightmare did not stop there as then he threatened to hit me, stopped me from checking into another hotel right next door, till I pay him his money. I did not accept being extorted this way, so I called the roaming around the building, they helped me safely escort my girlfriend to another hotel. Keys were handed over back to the hotel, meanwhile no cancellation or refund was provided. I lost money, time, and had my life in danger. Never going to book through the app as they do nothing in this situation, nor am I ever gonna stay in this hotel. Bersih dan nyaman tetapi Anda harus menyetor 300RM tidak apa-apa, tetapi untuk biaya pembersihan 60 Rm harus disertakan, tidak dibebankan kepada pelanggan. Ekstra 20RM untuk orang asing.

Apartemen yang sangat bagus dan nyaman. Tempat tidur yang nyaman dan bantal yang bagus. Tempat parkirnya cukup luas.

Kita sudah booking full payment tapi tetap minta deposit yang sangat besar, sehingga saya malas melanjutkannya.

Akomodasi ini luar biasa di sekitarnya, tetapi pemiliknya menginginkan pembayaran lain untuk biaya pembersihan RM60, saya sudah tinggal di tempat tinggal yang berbeda di Malaysia tetapi hanya tempat tinggal ini yang memerlukan pembayaran lain untuk proses pembersihan dan tidak termasuk dalam harga total. Selain itu, mereka juga perlu setoran tinggi rm300. Ini konyol.
