The property is miles away and nowhere close to main attractions. You either drive or Uber to and from the hotel to visit

The check in process is horrible. It's automated, there is no one there to help with anything and they charged me 100e extra just to print out a key so I could get into the room. This was my first and last time staying there.

Habitacion excelente, muy limpia, pero del personal no puedo decir nada porque los dos dias que estuve no vi a nadie, de hecho el cheking fue en una maquina que te daba las llaves y cuando nos fuimos las dejamos en un buzon.Todo automatico y facil. Buen sitio.

Local novo e acomoda muito bem. Nas ruas próximas ao hotel é fácil de estacionar e a área é tranquila.

It was a great stay even for few hours. We got there late and we had to leave early for our flight but everything was in order. Clean, easy access and the welcome kit. I’d definitely come stay there next time I’m in Madrid. Thank you

La habitación contaba con horno, refri, utensilios. Se encontraba limpia y en muy buenas condiciones. Tenía un evento en vista alegre y fue muy conveniente su ubicación

Leider hat das Hotel kein Parkhaus. Reception nicht bedient, Infos nur per Telefon. Self-Checkin am Automat. Zimmer und Küche sauber.

Appartement moderne, très bien équipé. A proximité du métro pour visiter Madrid en toute tranquillité.

Good hotel for our family stay. 10 min walk to metro and then 30 mins on metro to zoo and city centre. Hotel is clean and modern and digital check in works well. Room was spacious enough with modern shower, TV and kitchen area. Only negative was we were not told about pre booking parking so arrived to no spaces and had to park in more expensive parking a few streets over. General area is a ok and supermarket is 5 mins walk

Me parece bien que tenga control de acceso para el check-in automático

Buena comunicación con el centro, coges el autobús 34 o 35 y la parada está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy cómodo incluso para 4 personas. Además el edificio dispone de una terraza en la última planta en la que puedes cenar y pasar el rato que es muy agradable. Aparcar es fácil de encontrar plaza, es en la calle pero es gratis. Estuvimos super agusto.

I like Cielo Madrid because it’s clean, spacious room , beautiful rooftop .easy communication with staff even they don’t have a front desk in person. It is 1 block from Metro station. Though it’s not in the center of Madrid but it is very accessible with train and bus. If I come back to Madrid I definitely stay here.
