The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?

When we got to the hotel it's was ok i like the room we got the shower was working the bed was not comfortable it felt like we were sinking down we couldn't sleep and the other problem was the jaquizzi i payed for a room with a Jacuzzi and the only the problem is that the jet wasn't working so we couldnt use the jaquizzi i payed money so that i can be satisfied with the service ty i would like a discount cause i payed for having good service

it just smelt weird, wifi wasn’t good, tv’s were very limited, not much to watch on them. beds were uncomfortable. felt dirty. bathrooms were tiny and showers were odd.

I’ll let the letter we wrote to Expedia after we asked for a refund speak for itself. I’m sorry, but I do not see where an unhygienic room, that reeks of a known and dangerous allergen — swapped for another unhygienic room with dead insects on the counter, and basic amenities (like a bathroom sink) that doesn’t work, among other failures, is consistent with YOUR policies. The hotel has a vested interest in income earned via your listings - of course they aren’t going to admit what happened, or allow a refund - both are options that would reveal their fault. The fact is, our stay there was not only uncomfortable, but sickening. As the service who drew our attention to this rat’s nest, I would hope that you would support us, even if they are not forthcoming with a refund. We travel frequently and Expedia is often one of our top options. Would Expedia, as a courtesy, refund us directly? I would also strongly consider de-listing this infested, disgusting property before an even worse situation emerges from another guest staying there. We are more than happy to provide pictures of this deplorable establishment. We anxiously await your reply, We simply wanted a place to stay, not a place to contract the hantavirus.
