Room was spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is amazing!

Fint hotell, nært Victoria station. Rent og hyggelig rom, men dårlig isolasjon. Folk på naborommet har hatt party om netter, så det ble litt dårlig søvn på meg

Albeit relatively small, the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff members go beyond their ways to help and make the stay a pleasant one. Will come again.

Changed to the Georgian House at check in. Building was from 1840s, definitely could use come new pillows

Chambre très propre et qui semble être rénovée depuis peu. Literie confortable, accueil très agréable et personnel au petit soin. Nous avons pu déposé nos bagages en avances et les recuperer après le check-out ce qui nous a permis de profiter de Londres les mains libre. Seul petit bémol que je pourrais mettre : - Lit un petit peu petit pour 2 personnes (l'impression qu'il était plus petit qu'un lit standard 2 places) - Un petit peu loin de la victoria station (bien 15min à pied)

The access was a bit of a pain, having to check-in at another hotel around the corner, before walking to where I was staying. No breakfast facilities in the building I stayed in. A very tight squeeze in the small bathroom.

The property needs renovated. The basement room walls need redone. There is cracks and damp spots. Smells!

Excelente localização, atendimento e limpeza muito bons. Excelente custo benefício. A escada para chegar ao apto 5 da Bower house é o ponto fraco. Recomendo!

Hotel excelente pelo preço mas com uma ressalva sobre escadas se voce ficar no terceiro andar com malas pesadas.

Nyoppusset, rent og ryddig. Ikke langt å gå til Victoria station. Derimot var det smale trapper med korte trappetrinn, og litt for usentralt etter min smak. Liker du at det ligger litt utenfor sentrumskjernen så passer dette hotellet bra.

Internet was excellent. However, I was not aware of airport shuttle service. We secured private taxi service.

Excellent location and the staff was so pleasant to deal with! If you enjoy a good walk you are able to get to some major attractions fairly quickly! Our room was clean and a cozy stay! Will be our go to place when visiting London! Couldn't recommend enough
