This property was a little further from the main area than we are used to but not too bad. Room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. There is no elevator so that was really tough with luggage. Parking was good on site.

Overall good value. Friendly staff, good breakfast. But keep in mind a couple issues: there is no elevator (and we stayed on the top floor), and the shower needed some upgrading.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The hotel itself is poorly situated for anyone hoping to spend time in Arles Centre. Taxi are inconvenient and expensive. Bus are reliable until 8pm. Restaurants are rare in the area. No car? Don’t stay here. The staff ordered a taxi for me that never arrived. I missed my train because of that.

The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking!

Staff was great

Kader was very welcoming and extremely helpful with advice on restaurants and activities in Arles. After we left a AirPod behind he checked our room and told us he would have laundry staff the laundry the following day. He responded the following day with news he had our AirPod and would be able to ship to our home. H

L'établissement est dans la zone commerciale au sud d'Arles. De nombreux magasins à proximité. Grande chambre confortable. Etat impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet. L'hôtel dispose d'un local vélo extérieur fermé.

Séjour agréable avec un très bon accueil.

Einfaches Motel direkt am Autobahn-Zubringer. Easy mit dem Auto zu erreichen und genügend Parkplätze, aber auch dementsprechend laut. Wegen dünner Wände auch sehr hellhörig.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale. Chambre simple, très propre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Malheureusement l’insonorisation est inexistante, autant pour les bruits de la route à l’extérieur que à l’intérieur, principalement avec la chambre du dessus dans laquelle chacun des pas résonnait… surtout en pleine nuit.

Chambre très jolie et fonctionnelle. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel agréable. Seul bémol une insonorisation inexistante.

L hôtel est agréable bien que situé dans une zone commerciale très bien décoré avec un salon plein de jeux livres et déco pop Pour les chambres elles sont simples équipées à minima mais bon rapport qualité prix déco sympa et isolation extérieur correcte À noter les bruits de portes et intérieur inhérent au bâtiment isolation entre les chambres moyenne Par contre le petit déjeuner est Pas à la hauteur trop basique et peu garni suffit pour un déjeuner rapide Le personnel est agréable et à l écoute Très bien pour une halte de une ou deux nuits
