This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Africa. It is an absolute jewell, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is great being right above the Rupa mall. The gym and swimming pool are also excellent and I spent a lot of time out on the patio outside the bar relaxing and working

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! This is probably the nicest hotel in all of Kenya! We enjoyed our stay and Thomas also helped us get our luggage and a ride planned.

Amazing experience

Simply wonderful. The place, the food, the room… all is wonderful. Being at Rupa’s mall slowed us to be much more independent than previous visits when we needed to rely on the hosts we were visiting to get anywhere or do anything. It was wonderful. We have found our new home whenever we visit Eldoret!

The beds and room amenities are now old . Towels feel like newspapers and the beds used to be comfortable are now just basic

Great communication from staff, along with the hospitality. We will return again.

Overall the hotel was excellent. However on 8th floor there should be a notice not to play music loud when using swimming area. If you wish to listen, use earphones/Headphones. Spoilt our relaxation one afternoon when loud music was played by another guest. Also breakfast is too expensive. After day2 we were eating at nearby Java House for meals breakfast, lunch and dinner!
