Was welcomed warmly at reception. The room was fantastic w the tub n complimentary drinks and the service was awesome. Breakfast was good and menu changes slightly daily! We had a Wonderful time!

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The food served at the restaurant on site was very delicious. The only downside is the lack of things to do at the resort. There was supposed to be a bar, but it was never open so there was nothing to do on site.

Hotel room and pool was great - rooms were very spacious and clean. The food options were very limited and expensive and they did not cater to allergies. Staff didn’t speak English very well particularly around dietary requirements and there was a lack of effort in trying to assist or communicate. We were stuck in the hotel due to a typhoon so were unable to leave and relied on the hotel for dining options which was problematic given dietary restrictions.

Clean, spacious rooms. Very thin walls, the AC unit in our room made clicking noises all night. Close to the highway so you’ll hear road noise. Staff was nice. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the water, loved the personal hot tub.

Best long weekend ever! The room was spacious and the hot tub on the balcony was AMAZING!

This was a beautiful resort! The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully done. Excellent views from any room it seems. The resort restaurant was tasty, we enjoyed breakfast there. There is music in the evenings, which was very fun. The beds were very comfortable- our most comfortable out of 5 hotels in Japan! The in room coffee isn’t fully coffee, so just go to the local Larsons if you need regular coffee in the morning. I would definitely come here again!

Nothing to complain about. Good facilities, services and staff. Food was delicious as well! Thank you for good hospitality!

Great hotel! Rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the tub outside since pool water was cold. Breakfast was superb and delicious with a lot of choices. Highly recommended!

客室からの景色が最高！ 海を見ながらジャグジーを楽しむためにここへ宿泊しています。 以前はプールエリアでアルコールの提供もあったのですが、今回はありませんでした。

何年かぶりの再訪でしたが、本当にスタッフの質が低下してました。 まず朝食の時、残飯が置かれたワゴンが客席の真横に置かれており、 左を見たら残飯が見える配置に。 夜にジムがあるかどうかをスタッフの方に聞いた時と、後ろの年配の女性スタッフが、バカにしたような顔で笑ってました。 なんでこんなにレベルが落ちたんでしょう？ もう2度といきません。

部屋が広くて綺麗で快適でした。お食事もとてもおいしくて大満足の滞在でした。スタッフさんの対応もすばらしいです。また利用したいです。
