Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Rand von Lagos, daher ruhig, aber ein Mietwagen wird eigentlich dringend benötigt. Damit sind es dann 5 Minuten zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und zur Ponta da Piedade, wo man auf Holzstegen herrlich spazieren gehen und den Sonnenuntergang betrachten kann. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und das Apartment in einem hervorragenden Zustand, alle zwei Tage gibt es neue Handtücher. Es hat Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Herd mit den passenden Töpfen und Pfannen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das angebotene Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ausreichend. Das Hotel wirbt mit dem Versprechen "Heated pool in Winter", das kann zur Enttäuschung führen. Durch den starken, eher noch kalten Wind im März war der Pool immer eher kalt, dazu kam wohl noch ein Defekt an der Poolheizung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, etwas oberhalb von Lagos am Stadtrand, ist klein, nur 16 Zimmer, die zu unserer Zeit auch nicht alle belegt waren. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende, viel Privatsphäre ist gegeben. Der Pool ist traumhaft, im Winter auf etwa 22 grad geheizt. Das ist nicht sehr warm, aber gut zum Schwimmen, auch von der Größe her. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, viel frisches Obst, frische Backwaren, Croissants, Pastel, verschiedene Müsli, Joghurt etc. - wir haben es jeden Morgen mit Blick auf den Pool genossen. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet ( lediglich ein Sieb fehlte uns ) , man kann gut ab und zu ein kleines Gericht selber kochen oder in der Mikrowelle aufwärmen. Der Zimmerreinigungsservice alle 2 Tage ist vollkommen ausreichend und die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Da es zu unserer Zeit nachts noch ziemlich kalt war, wäre ein kleines Heizlüftgerät im Bad wünschenswert. Das kann nicht beheizt werden. Die anderen Zimmer haben Klimaanlage, auch zum heizen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das Hotel ist aufgrund der intimen Atmosphäre und der Ruhe auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Achtung: die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk haben nur zu den Poolzeiten 8:00-20:00 uhr, wenn die Rezeption geöffnet ist, Zugang zum Pool. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu jeder Zeit.

Appart hôtel au calme, très agréable. Voiture nécessaire pour y accéder, personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons en saison pour profiter de la piscine et du tennis.

The location is this place is great, 5 min away to Praia do Camilo, and 5 min away grocery. My husband LOVES the pool. The room is very clean and front desk people are very nice. My only complain is the address showed in Expedia is wrong, and we got lost for almost 1 hour trying to find this place. Please use google to search the name of this anparthotel and it leads the right place. or call the aparthoel to get direction ahead of time.

Very nice and quiet. Little out of town so car is needed to get anywhere.

Quiet location away from chaos of downtown Lagos but not really walkable to anything. Nice pool and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good kitchen and balcony in room but room and bathroom was lacking in a few areas- could use better seating options and a place to set luggage, as well as bathroom counter space (a problem at every place we stayed in Portugal). Also my husband told me the last day he got bit on his feet by tiny ants that he saw in our room (did not report it as we had already checked out). Overall- it served our purpose, thanks to having access to a car.

A bit far from the Lagos center, which forces using either a car, Uber or Taxi to get to restaurants. The breakfast formula is good even if different from typical buffets. Nice and clean pools. Rooms are cleaned and spacious but the furniture is aging.

Note: this is NOT close to the beach or anything for that matter. If you are driving/have a car then this is a fine place to stay (does not have shampoo, conditioner etc) but if you do not have a car, do not stay here, it is far from absolutely everything.

I booked the hotel based on very good reviews on Expedia, but in my opinion is not a 4 star. Expedia has listed some access to a beach club but it’s not such a thing! The room was specious and had a large balcony facing the pool and some ocean view at the distance. It’s clean in general but the kitchen area needs some upgrades. The pool is nice, but quite cool, listed as heated but not warm enough. The continental breakfast is very minimal, it’s a la cart type and the poorest of all the other places in the 3 weeks in Portugal. You need a car to get around everywhere. It’s more like an apartment than a hotel. The pleasant side is that it’s quiet and has a nice garden.

This was a beautiful place to stay with a big heated pool. They are apartments with a kitchen which is ideal. Everything was very clean and the breakfast provided was excellent. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when in Lagos.

Has great grounds with a heated outdoor pool. Unfortunately it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use pool. If temp above 18 and sunny pool would be pleasant to use .
