Heating did not work in room

The price was reasonably, good staff, good breakfast options and always coffee available.

When checking in a asked where to find the pool. I was given the directions and the hours it was opened. I got myself and 2 children ready for the pool only to find a closed sign on the door.

I stayed here for a business trip and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly.

Nice pool (wish it was 24hr), really good breakfast, staff was amazing, comfortable beds, 24 hr complimentary coffee was some of the best we’ve ever had

Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at the room was small, it’s noisy if your window faces the highway and the breakfast area was small especially when everyone is wanting to eat breakfast at the same time

No complaints. Nothing outstanding either. Just a really nice place to pass through.

Everything about my stay here was amazing. I loved everything about my stay from the moment I walked in to to the moment I left. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the young lady that worked the desk during the day; she was so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this property, and I will definitely stay here again if I need to be in this area. The property was very clean. There are several places to buy necessities nearby, and it’s not that far from the airport.

24 hours free coffee and water availability was a good thing. Checkout from room itself is a unique experience. Breakfast dint have waffle or pancake , which wasnt a big issue considering the other varieties offered. Staffs were restocking frequently so there was no wait time for the breakfast .

Bon homôtel neuf assez proche de Toronto, facilement accessible et bon emplacement pour les chutes du Niagara sur la journée, parking facile, petit déjeuner ok mais pas de restaurant accessible à pied, il faut prendre la voiture pour dîner.
