They make you pay an extra $12 per day for a parking fee and you are suppose to park on the 4th or 5th level. The garage was basically empty! Location was great and the people were great! Typical hotel furniture and bed/pillows! Breakfast for a fee!

Loved it. Had a staycation with my wife. Very relaxing.

Unfortunately we were assigned a smaller room than we booked but because we were so tired, we didn't both to go all the way back downstairs to get it fixed. I wish they would have confirmed it with me as I checked in instead.

I love everything is clean and organized. I highly recommend.

Excellent property, very convenient with dining options right outside the hotel doors.

I enjoyed my stay, up until the desk attendant accused me of not paying for the breakfast I had already purchased. Sad considering AC hotels are my favorite.

We had a lovely stay at AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne. Check-in with Yaz was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful, bar service by Rachel was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was great, and the location was perfect for a show at the Amp Ballantyne. Would recommend and stay again.
