I and my wife and 13yo son stayed at the studio for 2 nights.

Now the bads
First, when we arrived we were surprised to find the reception is actually located at a completely different place from the rooms. It's a 5 mins walk so it's manageable. However, the instructions could be clearer to save us walking back and forth with the suitcases.
On our first night, the smart door lock broke and it could not be open from the outside. Luckily my wife was in the room when it happened so we could still get inside. I contacted the reception and the lady responded quickly and gave us the physical key to open the door so it's sorted. Not a big deal.
On the 2nd night, we went back to the room at 10pm after dinner. We found there was no hot water from any of the taps, including the shower !!! The water was not ice cold but it was chilling cool. There is a sign in the bathroom stating that it might take 45mins to get hot water after depletion. So we waited and waited but the water is not getting warmer with time. The reception closed at 10pm so we couldn't get anyone! We had no choice but to take cold showers !! In Feb, the night is still chilly at 10C !
When we checked in the morning, the water was even colder than the night before so clearly it's not about the depletion and recharge but the boiler is not on !
