All staff were so warm, happy, friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job and nothing is too much trouble. The room we stayed in was a bit tatty. The furniture is chipped, the tap leaked everywhere when you turned on the shower, the tv had lines running through it, the walls had dust on them and the room didn’t smell fresh. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were lovely and plump. Although I had some issues with the shower, once I reported it on check out, they did say they would have maintenance look at it. The bar staff are amazing, attentive and keep the customers happy and the bar extremely clean. The hotel is situated in a great location for the westend and all it has to offer with a short ride on the subway for the city centre. I have no complaints as I did enjoy my stay here and would definitely recommend it. My gripes about the room are due to my own expectations.

Great location, opposite the botic gardens, loads of restaurants near by.

Property is good but be careful cause they don’t allow you to leave your pet alone in the room and they don’t tell you this until after you’ve booked. I ended up not being able to take my dog because they wouldn’t allow me to cancel my booking even though we were within 24 hours of bookings.

Hotel is clean. Breakfast good selection but average. We didn’t have any hot water but to be fair they were straight up to fix. Then the next morning it was cold again. Very disappointed on this hotel considering the price point. Needs refurbished in certain areas. Wouldn’t stay again. No hot water put us off.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We attended a concert in Oran Mor which is right across the road from the hotel. So the stay suited our needs. Our second stay I. The hotel and it won't be our last.

Very welcoming staff. Nice room with comfy bed, good size and lovely shampoos etc. devour a bit dated but doesn’t detract. Annoying constant type dripping noise through the night from the old heating system but room was warm. Great location eith the Great Western Road and Byers Road on the doorstep and the Botanics across the road. Would book again

The shower didn't work properly and the staff were rude about not having sorted it out. The hotel is tired and the room was dirty. The tv had a fault, and was hanging off the wall.
