The bed seemed to have fleas; I felt itchy all over as soon as I lay down. The swimming pool was closed! Breakfast wasn't very good; the only redeeming feature was that the room was relatively new.

I am going to be honest this was an awful hotel. I booked online paying top price to find out the pool is down, the gym equipment was all broken and not working and that the pet rules were not true so putting my dog in a pet resort costing me another 150.00 while checking in people with dogs roll in. The hotel staff were very in helpful and it was just an absolute mess!!! For a small town I would hope they would do better when accommodating people. But I would never recommend staying at this hotel ever !

Staff were friendly and the hotel was well organized and taken care of. Breakfast was good. Our room was huge!

Everything was great from the ladies working the front desk and breakfast buffet, to cleanliness, easy parking and convenient location to Wells Gray Park. I would definitely stay again :)

Roomy, clean, quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was ok but plastic cutlery and paper plates not good. No restaurant on site for evening dinner and choices in Clearwater very limited. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Bien placé, à l'entrée de la route pour le parc Wells Gray, plusieurs lieux de restauration accessibles à pied. Notre chambre était grande et propre. plusieurs services comme le frigo, la cafetière, les glaçons dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner était top. Bref un bon Best western propre et récent, moderne.

This Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the entrance of Wells Grey Park. It is clean, quiet, and in good order. The pool and hot tub were clean and the right temperature. We had a kitchen suite, but very poorly stocked, all the cupboards were empty. Our biggest challenge was the WiFi. We were unable to connect the entire stay.
