Great place

The hotel is nice but the beds tend to be very soft around the edges which makes things uncomfortable.

This is my preferred hotel in Douala. One issue is the bed with edges that are too soft and one can easily fall off the bed. Other than that, everything else is great.

This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala.

They conceal the requirement to remit additional tax obligations that exceed the amounts indicated by the application.

The hotel staff , food were great but we constantly had issues with water. Either it’s no water available

The problem of dirtiness and crowds around the neighborhood could be of the city and or state level of responsibility other than that the hotel is performing okay in terms of safety and cleanliness. One other thing that could be added is the fact that there is no shower curtains in the bathrooms.

Staffs very friendly

The hotel is spacious and their staffs re friendly too,

The hotel seem a bit worn out for its short period of time. The customer service was helpful especially since they forgot to pick me up, and later send a vehicle to get me. Breakfast for great, love the varieties. The rooms were small as compared to what I saw online, however, the bed was comfortable. All the same love the customer service, very friendly.

Tourist Levy should included by Expedia at purchase.

Excellent service. Manager and staff very personable, security is great and almost felt like body guards. Going back there for sure 🙂
