Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam empfunden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser checkin wurde von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter erledigt. Außerdem war der nette Mitarbeiter unser Barkeeper, Kellner zimmerservice, Gärtner und alles was es sonst noch an Hotelpersonal gibt. Wir waren mitunter die einzigen Gäste, was uns auch zu gute kam. Ist auch mal schön verwöhnt zu werden. Können wir nur empfehlen, wenn Kolumbien nicht so weit wäre, könnten wir uns vorstellen dort nochmal Urlaub zu machen. Herrliche Ruhe, denn weit und breit keine menschenseele. Ausflüge konnte man auch über das Hotel buchen. Essen war ganz gut. Zimmer auch ganz ok. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Abschluss für unseren Kolumbienurlaub.

Beautiful and remote spot for a getaway! We lucked out and came when almost no other tourists were there... it was quiet and the food, staff service, and location itself were incredible. Love it and will be back for sure!

this place is extraordinary if you are looking for relaxation. there is no sound nor music on the site wich makes this place a really calm place to stay. don't forget to plan your budget with an additionnal 15-40$ usd per meal since the nearby town is far.

Casa Cordoba Baru is a lovely place to visit for a quiet, relaxing break from everyday life. While the rooms are comfortable and clean, don’t go expecting luxury. This is a place to get away from it all. If you don’t enjoy just taking it easy and lounging, it may not be for you. The amenities at the resort are simple and there isn’t any place to go on Baru proper. But if you’re looking for ease and relaxation, I highly recommend it. My girlfriend and I would definitely visit again.

El camino para entrar a la propiedad está en terribles condiciones ! y los carros que trabajan en el sitio son muy deteriorados y cobran 80$ por llevarte de regreso al aerepuerto, yo fui realmente asustada porque no sabía a qué lugar me estaban llevando ! deberían se girarse de tener un ingreso y carretera estable!

Proximity to the old city

Very quiet place ‚at the end of the world‘. There is nothing around and fantastic to relax. The property is acceptable, however not luxury, even if the price may indicate it. Don‘t expect too much beach, it‘s just a small string. The food is far overpriced, ridiculous small and only average. There is no alternative around and this is clearly used, i don‘t like that. The drive to the location is an adventure as mentioned by many others.

Hi thought the property would be more special than it was for the price. It’s isolated, not in a good way. The food was way subpar for what you should get. The road is horrible and probably impassable when the rains come. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was the most disappointing.

The ride into the hotel was questionable. But once we got to the hotel it was absolutely stunning. It is gated and very safe and the staff was absolutely wonderful

If you are looking for somewhere to go that is remote, quiet and peaceful this is the place. We swam in the ocean all day, and read books on the beach. It is a really beautiful property that has converted 3 houses to individual hotel units. It is not fancy but it is very relaxing. The access is very limited so be prepared to eat on site, the other reviews are accurate, the food does not come quick, but you can order in advance and set the time you would like to eat. The staff were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
