I’ve seen here before pretty nice but this night in particular, my door didn’t close and I went to Armando and he said that the back is sealed so no one can get in and that there’s 24 hour security that morning I pursuit to take a shower and the showerhead flew off, hit my head and I couldn’t take a shower. I had soap follow my body. I proceed to check out and nobody said anything they said they would send me a message. I have never received anything.

The only problem is the parking, a little bit tight but the rest of the property compensates for that. I definitely will return.

Perfect location, hotel staff was really nice. We parked and walked everywhere. Just didnt like how the restaurant waiters provide different service to the hotel guests and not having minifridge on the room.

Estaria bien mejorar el inmueble, modernizarlo un poco mas que fuera mas competitivo en cuanto a mejoras en habitaciones, muebles, poner closets,mejorar calidad en amenidades, las toallas son viejas, el personal de lo mejor y su restaurante muy bueno, aunque las opciones que ofrecen como desayuno incluido podrían mejorarlas. Felicitaciones a Armando un ejemplo en hospitalidad.

The place is always clean and cozy. The location is perfect and the parking super safe. Love this place

Thanks for breakfast, and parking was very convenient, right in front of doorstep and felt safe.

All staff very friendly & helpful the idea of having extra parking was a plus. The breakfast is excellent and nice decent portion and the pastry bread is super delicious 😋.

Muy buena hubicacion, habitación acojedora tiene una terraza compartida y una alberca enrrejada muy conveniente cuando se viaja con niños. La recepción muy bien solo un recepcionista un poco gruñón , como que estaba enojado.

Recámara cómoda , no utilizamos las amenidades pero el convenio que tienen con el restaurante y cafetería es lo máximo
