The property is great value for the price The breakfast is the pits and they would be better off not even having it Filthy linen plastic forks and the worst coffee in the world!!!

The hotel room was ok. Very hot overnight, no way to allow some fresh air into room. The breakfast was very shabby, not much to choose from , cold. Not great.

The room condition was smelly and uncomfortable and in addition the begbug bites made our stay really terrible.

It was just a room that's all

Very dirty place .. food permit in kitchen since 2019 (that’s the only one I saw) .. the city needs to shut this place down

Good place to stay. It’s 22min from the NL Ferry so if you want something closer be aware. But the drive was easy and quick and the views were nice. Breakfast was simple and good. Rooms are simple.

This may be the worst experience I have had in my life. The hotel was dirty and did not appear as pictured. I found a mouse in the room running from the bed to the bathroom. When I approached the staff about this issue all they could do is offer a new room on the same floor. I inquired about a refund but conveniently the manager was never around. After calling back several times since to speak with someone about the issue I have gotten nowhere. Not worth anyone’s trouble. Do not stay here.

Dilapidated and exceedingly overpriced.

Condition of the hallway and rm entrance was poor. There existed a smell that reminded me of a damp basement. The hallway was poorly lit.

When I got home after my stay, I was covered in bug bites.

The staff at this facility were excellent. They bent over backwards to facilitate our travel difficulties. They let us use their dryer when our clothes were wet. They were great

Make sure to read reviews before booking. Room was quite underwhelming, can't open windows, musty smell all over. Poorly cleaned and poorly kept. Found one of the towels with big brown stain on it. Once we were in the room and noticed all of this started reading reviews and it's all about bed bugs. Didn't notice any but also didn't stay long enough to see them. This was so terrible that I was willing to sleep in a car for the night. Will request refund.

This property was not as advertised. Very bad odor & dirty. We could not stay there. Request a refund.

Please do not go here. Even if it is your last resort, go anywhere but here. I’m going to be blunt. I’m also going to be honest. I know businesses can struggle but this place is not safe or suitable for anyone. I don’t want to be that person that complains but I’m doing this to help others. There is NO excuse for how unclean this place was. When I brought the issue up to the service worker. All she could do was offer me was an email to “attempt” to get the refund back. She gave me the deposit back and gave me a half “I’m sorry”. I really hope I get the money back, if not this place should not even be allowed to run.

The entire back walkway and stairs were crooked and stairs were small and leaning

Thin drapes, no black out blinds. Room located at top of stairs next to noisy ice machine. Traffic noise and street lights bothersome. Beds were ok, but mismatched value village furniture was tacky. Breakfast buffet was poor, basically just bread and 2 cereals. Eggs & bacon looked unappetizing.

Hotel obviously had a recent water leak issue, place was under construction with mattresses in hallway. Place had a musty, mildewy mold smell. Would not recommend at all. Place should be shut down and condemned!

Place was dirty, and found mouse droppings in our room
