We enjoyed the hotel very much. They gave us excellent service. I left a bag containg cash in the room safe and did not realize it until we left. We contacted the hotel and let them know. They said they would hold it for us. We returned a week later and they had it there for us.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui ho soggiornato. Personale cortese e disponibile, camera pulita, servizi igienici ampi e funzionali, silenzioso, letti comodissimi e ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici.

This place is worth staying. It is a little far from other touristic places, but I feel like it was worth the say. Breakfast was very decent as well. Definitely recommend taking that as well.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est efficace, disponible et sympathique. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est très bien avec de vastes espaces (bar, petit déjeuner... ). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Mein Aufenthalt im Leonardo Royal Hotel war einfach hervorragend! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ein 5sec Zimmercheck nach der Reinigung ist sinnlos. Weder technische Mängel noch Mängel in der Sauberkeit wurden erkannt. Standards des Bleibeservice sollten überarbeitet werden. Musik im gesamten Haus permanent zu laut. Auch beim Frühstück . Manager der Rezeption wirkte teilweise sehr gestresst von Gästen und deren Anliegen. Roger vom FO war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. HSK checker grüßten gar nicht. Sehr viel Personal im Frühstück trotzdem Tische nicht sauber. Öffentliche Toiletten in der Lobby und beim Pool nicht sauber. Auch hier wird offensichtlich nicht gecheckt.

Hôtel moderne , très bien décoré et très propre. La chambre est grande et confortable, le lit excellent, le calme très agréable. Un peu loin du centre historique.
