Great location and helpful staff

Clean room, friendly Staff, great Breakfast choices & great view from the Sky Bar

Loved my stay here. Had there been a dressing gown and slippers in the room. I would have given this a 5 the mini bar with the free soft drinks, along with the 10% discount was a bonus. The half board offer is great value. Just wondering. If you are good staying and parking at the NCP recommend, then go to the far corner on the left side of the 3rd floor. The pedestrian entrance is located there l, and brings you out a few feet from the hotel entrance.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with view of the river. Great location.

We arrived slightly before 3pm and were charged £10 extra to get into the room which was ready. All of the draft beers at the Sky Bar were not working. The only Bottled beer was Peroni, everything else had sold out. The room was. I’ve and the bed comfortable. The car park next door had closed. The nearest one is only 2-3mins round the corner. The discount code is great. Breakfast is nice, however they have lost the lid to the pan they serve hash browns in, so each morning these were cold. On the last morning they lost our breakfast reservation that I had pre-paid for. It’s a nice enough hotel but there’s certainly better in Liverpool for the money.

Great hotel, clean and lovely breakfast. The conference facilities are top notch.

No on site parking but lots on secure parking options within 10 min walk Lovley big room and all soft drinks in mini bar are free which was a nice touch. Great location for sightseeing, concerts Breafast was very good value

The room was very clean, the shower head was leaking badly but was fixed promptly. The staff were were welcoming and attentive. We caught the train to Liverpool and the hotel was only a 20 minute walk away. Air conditioning was ok

Fantastic stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Sky bar has an incredible 360 view of Liverpool. Perfectly situated to enjoy this vibrant friendly city

Arrived at 3:50pm. Check in was advertised from three. Yet room not ready. Gave us some vouchers too sit in sky bar whilst we waited, but this wasn't ideal, the Sky bar was rammed and it took 20 minutes from ordering drinks to getting them, and in any case it was now getting close to kick off time for the football game we'd travelled to see. Got in room about 4:35. Raced to stadium and thankfully made kick off, but not with the relaxed refresh we'd planned for first. When we returned and went to make the sofa bed it had no sheets or bedding. So had to ring down to sort out. The room layout is also a bit odd for a family visit with a weird open layout for the bathroom area. Handy for Everton games, views from Sky Bar are great, but I wouldn't go again with children. Disappointing experience.

Towels were dirty and the water pressure was awful. The bed was a little hard, but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a hipster vibe, with 2 bars there were a lot of drunk people around at all hours.
