La recepción no fue muy buena también ene el Restaurant no tenía muy buena actitud los empleados el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo y cercano al centro. Las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Place is great. Good food, free tequila, but bed was a little hard

Nos quedamos El dia que paso El desastre en la zona de Jalisco no nos dieron Seguridad aparte de eso por solo quedarnos a resguardanos nos cobraron cuando su trabajo es protejer al turista. La comida solo SE nos dio desayuno y almuerzo Al otro dia que aun no se podia salir del hotel nos dejaron sin alimentos y sin personal .

Tequila tour, staff

The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities were great. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

7 minutes away from town. Road leading to hotels is very bumpy, uneven and is not very smooth to drive on.

It was a great experience to have the tour with priscilla who took really great care of us. The room/barrica was amazing too the view and quietness was absolutely incredible. All an all loved it

Pretty on the outside and nice property but our barrel smelled strongly of sewage and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Also did not get the free tour you get if you book with the hotel directly so was bummed about that. Otherwise staff was nice and it was a fun one time novelty

Our barrel room was spacious and comfortable! The porch’s area was wonderful at sunrise and in the evenings. I appreciate the privacy of the individual rooms/barrels!

The staff was curteous but the TV was not working. Also there was a pretty big crack on the door frame enough space for a creature to go through.

Spent our anniversary here. The property is awesome and really fun for an adult getaway. I wouldn't bring my kids here, though. Both restaurants on site served very good food. The breakfast restaurant is huge and only had 1 cook, so it was a very looong wait. That's my only complaint. We live close by and look forward to taking guests here to eat and shop at the store in years to come (the tequila really is very good here).
