We stayed here for 4 days and the staff were rude and unwelcoming throughout our entire stay. Not once did anyone ask if we needed anything or if everything was okay. There was no basic courtesy or professionalism — no “good morning,” no acknowledgment at all, even though we were always polite and greeted them first. For us, staff attitude is extremely important, and this place completely failed in that area. The behavior felt cold, strange, and disrespectful, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. The room was nice and clean. But as I mention already the greeting and a smile is very important to make you feel comfortable. We would not stay here again.

Brilliant staff. Generous sized suite with wonderful views of city skyline. Lots of natural light. Wonderful facilities. Great garden. Delightful balcony space.

Nice self contained 1br with bath, in room laundry and a gym on premise. But the rooms aren’t very sound proof, you’ll hear every door slam (ground floor). Also, they like to hang onto your room hold charge (waiting 2+ weeks still pending on the card). Nice to have a laundry but the washer/dryer combo doesn’t dry very well. Booked the room under a special and still thought it was pretty pricey for the quality.

Wowed by this property. It was a lot better than pictured. Room was massive with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again

Room with a view. Amazing 5 star, spacious, everything was easy from check in to parking lift from garage direct to room just what we needed after knee surgery from hospital . Everything was perfect accomodating early check in room was cool dark and had everything we needed after a hospital stay for recovery forever grateful to team at hotel to gentleman who fixed the freezer door in middle of the night …cannot thank you enough it made resting recovery 5 STAR THANK YOU

Our group of 4 ladies loved our 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Gave us a private bed and bathroom for each of us. No sharing !! The apartments were very clean and serviced daily. Staff were excellent and access to shops was great. We will certainly recommend those that require excellence to stay here.

Great location within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes . We rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment which was clean modern , really spacious and comfortable.
