The staff were incredibly kind respectful and helpful. It was clean enough...but run by men so didnt have the feminine touch that transforms a space and makes it beautiful. The biggest challenge was that my room 305 faced an open meadow where dogs would gather and bark every night from 2-4am. so I was woken literally every night. which affected my health poorly. otherwise its a perfectly fine hotel.

A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this.
