Hotel não tem estrutura e serviço para ser um 5 estrelas. Café da manhã é a la carte e pode ser servido no terraço, porém o garçom só fica no andar de baixo. O local é confuso para estacionar o carro e não tivemos nenhuma orientação prévia do hotel antes do check in.

Läget är toppen. Motsvarar dock inte fem stjärnor, i bästa fall fyra. Medarbetarna försöker verkligen ge dig bästa service, men svårt att möta förväntningar när kostymen inte går att fylla ut givet hotellets skick och standard. Incheckningen innehöll påträngande förslag på uppgradering till kostad och fråga om sen utcheckning även mot kostad (trots tillgänglighet och gold-medlem där det ska ingå utan kostnad). Glas cava on the house vid incheck var plus. För många detaljer drar ner: smutsig vägg på toalett, minibaren var inte kall plus smutsig o vissa saker saknades. Hygienprodukter utöver tvål schampo och bodylotion behövde man fråga om. Saknades info om hur ställa in kod på värdeskåpet, och informationskorten slitna. Repor på sängbord och billiga möbler i både rum och reception (utom de platsbyggda som va fina). Väckt av arbete på mitt våningsplan och lyhört ovanifrån, och en hiss som tog för lång tid varje gång varför jag tog trapporna. Meddelade allt detta efter incheckning och fick fin respons från en kille i personalen som tillsammans med manager försökte förbättra min totala upplevelse. De gav mig sen utcheckning och lunch på takterrassen (den är fin, bra mat och vacker utsikt över katedralen men inte femstjärnig). Tyvärr meddelades inte städ om min sena utcheckning och klev därför in i mitt rum oannonserade innan min utcheckning.

This hotel was exceptional! It is so beautiful inside, absolutely perfect location to the Cathedral and everything in the center of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, I made everything just perfect!

Great location, excellent and friendly staff and nice clean room. Breakfast was the only disappointment as it consisted of a limited cold buffet (no fresh vegetables and mainly pastries, cold meats and cheese) and an à la carte menu, which didn’t change daily. It offered few choices for those with dietary restrictions. Frustrating to have to wait for my first coffee of the day, as this was waiter served only.

A great find for our city break in Palma. Hotel staff and welcome was second to none. Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the roof up bar with Cathedral views. Would recommend and definitely return when next in Palma.

Such a gem of a find! Five-star service and a five-star breakfast. VIP experience from the moment we arrived. A perfect little roof top terrace with views of the Cathedral. We opted to pay a little extra for a private transfer, and it just added to the experience. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The bed was super comfortable, and immaculate. The shower awesome, clean towels every day and a refill on the coffee pods and water. We can't wait to return to a super location in the heart of the city. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel.

Central location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Our second visit to this hotel and it has been well maintained since our 1st visit a few years ago - rooms are clean / comfortable / well equipped / well maintained. Hotel public areas are clean, welcoming and always fully staffed. All staff are very attentive to your needs, and they are all polite and friendly. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly, and coffee & water is replaced daily. An outdoor terrace for drinks makes this city centre hotel extra special Will definitely be back

We like the location of this hotel but overall would not stay here again. You enter off the street into a lobby with a sign that tells you to take the elevator to the 7th floor to the lobby. We did this and the check-in process for us was ridiculously long. Like 45 min long and we were the only people there. In our room, we could hear people in their adjoining rooms and people walking upstairs. Thank goodness we travel with a sound machine because the street noise was loud in the room too. The room was small but the bathroom was strange, small and awkward. Breakfast was weak at best. Compared to the many other European hotels we have stayed at during our 1 month visit this was on the bottom of the list.

Fantastic location just off Rambles! Lovely new boutique hotel! Great friendly staff! Nothing too much trouble! We arrived early (10.30am) and hoped for an early check-in - which was available! We went to reception (floor 7) greeted warmly and welcoming with a cava welcome drink!! Nice!! Then they appeared with the card machine! 40 Euros for early check-in which we were a little surprised about! We wanted to explore our beautiful Palma so we paid and not worry about our luggage! The charge seemed a little unnecessary as the room was already allocated and already ready for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and will definitely revisit soon!! We didn’t eat this visit but will try the restaurant next stay!

Excellent stay. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well arranged. Breakfast was a perfect start to our day. Location was lovely. Easy walking and access to transportation. Will definitely stay again.
