Overall good place to stay

Great staff

Close to all campus & city events & businesses. Nice unique design and fun atmosphere.

I didn't like that there wasn't a refrigerator or ice machine. There wasn't a table and or chairs. Thought the room would be a lot nicer.

Nora at check in was rather snippy & rude. Yes, we were 15 minutes “before” check in…didn’t appreciate her attitude. Normally when we stay there it’s been very pleasant

Average at best. Not worth 600$ a night

The bar on top floor was great. Nice atmosphere and servers. When we left I stopped at front desk to say we were leaving, the woman at the front desk typing and looking at her monitor, never looked at me while we talked. Common courtesy was missing is all. I doubt she noted I was gone. I just wanted to be courteous in letting the hotel know the room was empty. That was my last interaction and left me feeling a little bit unwelcome (leave already). No ‘thanks for staying, come again’. I paid a lot of money (for me) to enjoy the campus atmosphere while visiting my daughter. Big kudos to the designers - the hotel is unique and I loved the Spartan MSU theme throughout. Maybe because it was my last interaction, it has stuck with me. The woman who checked me in-was kind and acknowledged me. Sometimes it’s the little things we love (all the cool touches throughout the Graduate) but also the little things that stick with you (being ignored during a conversation).

Love this place. Walking distance to everything on campus.

It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. The room cleaning and counter service staff are very polite, and the lobby lounge provides free ice water and hot coffee in the morning. It feels very considerate to visit in the cold winter!

I appreciate the style of the hotel. The rooftop bar is a great feature. The rooms are all themed around MSU and Michigan woodland type decor. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Close to campus and downtown East Lansing. The staff is great. The bathrooms are awesome, showers are some of the best I’ve seen. Cafe on the main floor is great for a little coffee and pastry before you get on your way.

There was dust caked on the top of every bed, dust on the lighting, and dirty surfaces. There was a pile of dirt/ dust in the corner of the bathroom that had no lock on it and toothpaste on the bathroom fixtures. We stayed at this hotel once before for a college visit, but will not stay a third time.

My favorite place to stay on campus!

Hotel was clean and it felt very safe. Only thing we wished for is an indoor pool for the kiddos but everything else was satisfactory.

They don’t tell you to you get they’re that only way to park they’re is by having it valet which cost $35 plus tax ( hawaii is cheaper ! ) then front desk lady will complain when you call about gettin your car when you don’t get the text from valet about getting it half the time . Also had day where room service put towels in my bathroom but didn’t do anything else in the room .

I have stayed there before. The room was dirty. Very disappointing. The time before it was clean.
