Clean room

Was great for a short overnight stay.

Room was in the basement....dark Shuttle was prompt Was not able to adjust volume on tv or the temperature in the room

Convenient shuttle. Odd rooms, very small. But good for the price.

Air shuttle ok location very noisy from road and airplane traffic taking off

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Used condom wrappers in room, door handle falling off, rude staff, hair on sheets. Terrible

Not Good

It’s very basic but if it’s just a quick stay before or after your flight it does the job! Cheap option but not the nicest of places.

Our trip ro cuba was cancelled and the hotel would not refund us

The hotel was clean and simple. The worst part was the bed- no support, felt springs in our backs, sunk into the middle.

Professional, courteous staff. Large, clean room. Quiet. Airport shuttle drivers are excellent. Would highly recommend!

Sink faucet broken but operable, bed or mattress needs replacement. Room was clean and the staff friendly

They have not paid my refund back even after 10 business days. They are rude and will not pick up the phone - especially the lady at the front desk. They do not live by the Canadian principles of kindness. Just awful. Also - the room and towels are dirty.

Front desk, nobody was there when I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes. Would not say the clerk was overly friendly. There was some noise in the hallway when I was trying to get to sleep. The room was quite good though, very clean, as was the bathroom.
