The pool it’s lovely. The staff incredible. My only complaint is that they turn off the lights at 10:00PM and when you return after that, have que walk the property without any lights! If they add motion sensors the problem it’s resolved

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfy, staff was excellent, and the pool was lovely!

Small, but nice property. Beautiful trees and plants near the pool, lovely pool, friendly and welcoming staff and very tasty breakfast. The local Costa Rican breakfast, (Casado), was very tasty! It is located near a small center with multiple food spots. Several restaurants and small grocery stores were also nearby. Cons: The rooms have limited space for clothes, no drawers, no iron/ironing board, and the TV only had options for streaming apps.

very nice overall , clean , great helpful staff ,only weird thing was tv was set p on a wall where you could not watch it without turning sideways as its not in front of the wall of your bed.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Un hotel moderno, limpio y ubicación conveniente. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los desayunos y la comida en general de la mejor calidad.

Ein richtig schönes, gemütliches kleines Hotel, welches geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet wurde. Der dschungelartig gestaltete Poolbereich lädt nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum Abkühlen und Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück stärkt super für den Tag und ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich- lediglich ein Sitzmöglichkeit haben wir vermisst. Auch das Abendessen ist gut. Die Nähe zum Manuel Antonio Nationalpark ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen - trotz vieler schöner Unterkünfte auf unserer Costa Rica Rundreise zählt das Hotel zu unseren Favoriten.

This feels like a luxury hotel. Prices are very reasonable. I appreciated the TV and safe in my room and loved the breakfast provided in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us a reservation for sunset and they got us an amazing table. Food at the hotel was delicious

I would check to be sure that the pool was clean it had algae while I was there and couldn’t use the pool 2 out of my 3 day stay Room were very clean and comfortable Food was very good and the staff were very friendly

El hotel Naoz fue más de lo que esperaba. Todo maravilloso, el personal de recepción, barra y cocina muy amables en todo momento. Además algo que marcó mi experiencia fue la ayuda que recibí de parte de Helen y Dixiana en recepción quienes me ayudaron a organizar actividades en la zona haciendo mi estadía una muy divertida. El desayuno diario fue muy agradable con unas 4 o 5 opciones a escoger y muy reconfortante para iniciar el día. La piscina estaba a buena temperatura y los alrededores se veían bonitos. Hay un bar y menú de cocina que también aproveché y disfruté. Los recomiendo.

Clean, modern and very spacious. Staff were very kind and helpful. The kitchen noise drifted up to my room above but was all quiet between 10pm and 6am.

The staff were very friendly - we were greeted with a delicious drink. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good - we appreciated the retractable clothesline in the shower. However, the bathroom door didn't lock or even stay shut properly and the only mirror was in the bathroom. The pool was lovely and the hotel location was good.

Such a lovely boutique hotel! Gorgeous rooms, huge bathrooms. SUPER CLEAN & well maintained. Will definitely come back when visiting Manuel Antonio and it’s gorgeous beaches again!

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, the bar staff and front desk staff were beyond amazing and went over and above making my stay extraordinary! The monkeys were an added bonus!

Joli hôtel moderne situé près de restaurants Chambre propre. Les lits ne sont pas très larges pour 2 adultes. Odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain. La piscine est belle au milieu de la verdure mais n est pas réellement entretenue : un spot pend au bout de son fil électrique dans l eau…. La filtration de l eau de la piscine n est pas suffisante tout comme celle du jacuzzi qui est trouble (les buses du jacuzzi ne fonctionnent pas) des feuilles et des débris stagnent à la surface et ne sont pas enlevés. Le service netflix proposé n est pas accessible car le nombre d accès est limité. Des places de parking réservées à l hôtel sont disponibles juste devant.

Simple menu but well done. I can't say enough of the staff. They were so accommodating and kind. The cleanliness is 5 star. Loved it.
