Room was like a sauna wouldn’t stay again

Another lovely stay at the Manor. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable but be prepared for old fashioned. If you want newer and more uniform, pay a lot more at the Premier inn with its scaffolding still!! I like Exmouth's old hotels they have character and offer GVFM . We didn’t have breakfast but did have food in the bar the evening before which was excellent. Book parking ahead of your stay as it’s limited. Out the front there are public spaces, but v limited.

A superbly located hotel overlooking Exmouth beach. Staff were exceptionally helpful at all times, Room was cool and comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a lovely sea view. Another highlight was the spacious bar and an excellent selection of cocktails. Only minor issues were difficulty parking and a cooked breakfast which could have better quality ingredients. 9/10

Lovely stay, room spacious and had lovely view of the sea. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would suggest is that the £13 for breakfast for the continental was a bit high especially for my dad as he only had a bowl of cereal, there was a good selection though. Maybe two separate prices as the full English was definitely worth the money.

Shocking hotel in a very tired condition,the windows were moldy and cracked tiles loose floor boards and as for the bedding it was discusting with stained bed sheets and hairs on them which i dread to think where they came from. I ended up leaving early without breakfast as i really didnt want to eat there..unfortunately there was no staff to complain to in the morning.

Beach view through trees another hotel infront but good view of front. Staff were all very good and happy to serve. Room was clean, some areas are a bit worn but progress is happening to update. Its an old building Bar was very well stocked especially for their cocktails . Nice atmosphere

This reasonably priced hotel is conveniently located for the station, beach and main part of town. Our room with a sea view was clean, warm and comfortable. We parked at the train station: 24 hours for £3.30.

First let me say that I have no problem at all with the staff, they're lovely, polite, welcoming, helpful etc. But the rooms are tired, dated, very plain & functional. The single glazed windows mean that traffic noise and passing people are very audible from seafront facing rooms. The sea view is distant and limited.

Awful, I haven't slept a wink while I've been there. As it such an old building the wall are very thin and you can hear everything from all directions, doesn't help the people next me all week were drunk and very loud about it. I spoke to hotel staff to see if they could help at all but all they did was shrug at me saying 'they can't help much as people are on holiday they are allowed to have a good time' which I do get but when I told them I here for work not a holiday and need to sleep they just looked at me like I've got 3 heads or something. The telly also turns on at random times through the night and comes out stupidly loud everytime even though I turn it down.

Close to the beach. Very good value.

The hotel was within walking distance of shops, pubs restaurants, train station etc...staff were all pleasant and helpful. Nice and clean.
