朝食会場のコーヒーマシーンが壊れていて結果インスタントコーヒーに変更されたがミルクは置いておらずで残念でした。 また大浴場が混雑で洗い場に列ができるほど。 もう少し緩和の工夫がほしい。

Die Betten waren durchgelegen und in Zimmer war es sehr staubig und schmutzig. Außerdem war alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Location was phenomenal for walking. Onsen was a nice way to cap the day

Hotel is in a great location near shopping and walking distance to 2 of the 3 Snow Festival sites. About a 7 min walk to the nearest train station though. Room is tiny, to be expected but no hooks and few shelves to make things easier. There’s literally no hook to hang your towel on. Also, lighting in the bathroom is atrocious, don’t even think about trying to put on makeup in there. Not only is it weak but it’s terribly unflattering!

Generally it is great. You can see it is a popular hotel as it is always full of people.

The room was clean and roomy for it to have 3 beds. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying again for our next adventure.

大浴場の半露天風呂で一部マナーの悪い国の方達が立ちションしてて最悪でした。

チェックアウト時の男性スタッフの対応がとても良くなかった。チェックイン時はスムーズだった。

Awesome hotel and their onsen with outdoor padio is the best! Their seafood parfait breakfast is also super tasty. I would take my family trip to stay here again.

저는 업무상 두 달에 한 번은 외국호텔을 이용합니다. 여태 숙박후기를 한 번도 남겨본 적이 없는데 이번 호텔은 아쉬움이 많아 남깁니다. 1. 청소 서비스 : 3연박 이상의 경우에만 청소를 제공한다는 점이 크게 아쉽습니다. 특히 겨울이라 짐도 많고 수건도 쌓이는데 청결도가 떨어집니다. 2. 룸서비스 없음 3. 조식 미흡: 조식 가지수가 굉장히 적습니다. 신선한 과일도 거의 없고 즉석요리(egg station등)존도 없습니다. 차라리 조식신청하지말고 사드시는 걸 추천합니다. 4. 직원 응대 아쉬움: 체크인때, 결제 후 키카드 발급까지 시간이 걸리니 로비에 앉아서 대기해달라고 요청받았습니다. 통상적으로 먼저 온 저희팀 처리를 다 하고 다음팀을 받으셔야하는데 저희팀 뒤에 온 손님들까지 처리를 다 해주고 저희팀을 안내하였습니다. 체크아웃시 택시를 불러달라고 요청했는데, 택시가 잡히지 않는다며 직접 잡아보라면서 현지어플 광고명함을 주었습니다. 호텔에서 연락하면 더 빨리 잡을까봐 요청드렸는데, 이점은 아쉬웠습니다. 총평: 친구끼리 가성비로 찾는다면 모르겠으나 (사실 일박에 40넘는데 가성비라고 보기도 어렵다만) 가족여행이나 연인끼리 묵을 숙소로는 부적절합니다.
