To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this. As a client I expect to have a clean room, unfortunately this was not the case. The manger was not willing either to understand our point from this.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Leider ist die Rinrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. z.B. fas Sofa hatte in der Polsterung löcher, der Spiegel ist sn den rändern angelaufen. Die Austattung ist etwas spartanisch, entspricht aber wohl der Sterne Bewertung.

Excelente atención, las instalaciones muy completas y el departamento impecable. Excelente ubicación, entorno y tranquilidad. Muy buena predisposición!! 5 estrellas.

This our third time visiting this property for the last 3 years. It’s just great, quiet, people are very friendly and great for a relaxing holiday.

FYI - there is no AC

Fabulous apartments, stunning location and pools. Parasols very hard to get and locked away meaning our time was limited at the pool. Must have a car then it’s the perfect location to explore Tenerife. Would benefit from a good cafe / bar on site selling food and draught beer. Overall brilliant and would return

We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend!

Struttura molto bella, nuova, che si integra perfettamente con il paesaggio, molto curata sotto ogni aspetto e dotata di ogni comfort negli appartamenti spaziosi e ben tenuti.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au sein de cet établissement. Le personnel est disponible, sympathique et à l'écoute. Notre appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Des places de parking sont disponibles dans la rue de l'établissement. Je recommande vivement !

There are a lot of people walking very dangerous large dogs around the area. If you want to take a walk in the hills beware… Definitely rent a car. Transport options is next to none. Food options is very poor

We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. The resort is located in a quiet area with a supermarket and a few restaurants very close to it. We had rented a car to drive around and explore the island. Finally ,we liked the outdoor pool and the gym which were also in great condition.
