Helpful staff, great location and the views of the city were excellent. The executive lounge didn’t have alcohol though which was disappointing

The Hilton standard one expects, exceeded by the local Japanese customer service. The only negative, relatively speaking, is the location; not as central as some of the competing hotels in Hiroshima; however, that could also turn positive, depending on individual preferences.

Nice hotel

Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, ausreichend groß und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Die Lage war gut. Den Frühstücksraum empfanden wir als etwas laut. Die Speisen-Auswahl war aber sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

One of my favorite things was the beautiful 60 year-old bonsai trees in the entrance. They have four of them two of which they switch out every two weeks so they can get natural light and air. Very special to see something like that in person.

We love this hotel. We initially booked for 2 nights but added another night. Breakfast was so good. Wide selection and very delicious. Service was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable.

A higher-end property with nice quiet rooms. The bar and restaurants were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located and convenient.

Excellent stay

Fabulous restaurants with a variety of cuisine. Beautiful pool, sauma, hot tub. The L'Occitane spa treatment (90 min massage) was outstanding!

Tout est parfait

We had a wonderful stay. It was convenient to the train station but it was quite a walk from the tram which we hoped to use more. However, taxi prices throughout our stay were very reasonable. Their restaurant had fantastic wagu beef. Staff was all very welcoming and helpful.

Great hotel, well located for the Peace Memorial Park and downtown Hiroshima. Room was big and comfortable.
