Hotel nice and clean.Pool lovely,bar products ok.Restaurant for food rather than the bar.Which does do a limited menu for snacks.

Great place to stay & enjoy the amenities!

Hôtel proche de la mer. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Personnel au service de ses clients sauf l’animation à la piscine. Par contre j’ai eut une mauvaise surprise dans ma chambre car la dame de ménage avait jeté mon appareil dentaire qui se trouvait sur la table de nuit.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly and approachable staff. Room for 3 was nice with air conditioining and a small fridge. Bathroom was a good size although the water would go over the shower tray even when we tried to move shower head many different ways. We didnt have a pool side room and i can understand why it would be nice view. We had car park so didnt use our balcony as much as we may have. Overall nice hotel which was a short walk to the beach and 30 mins walk from Old Town.

We had booked out of our original hotel due to poor standards, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked into this fantastic hotel. Every member of the team we spoke with provided excellent service, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The entire team was proficient in English, and I even had the pleasure of speaking with a lady from the UK who worked at the reception. On check-out, they offered us luggage storage facilities and allowed us to access the hotel facilities until our late evening pick-up. I will definitely be staying here again.

Receptìon staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast was wide choice and delicious. Location great - right near strip, beach and shopping but far enough so still quiet. Beds comfy. Pool warm and no problem getting sunbeds. Bus stop is few mins walk , means easy to travel around all benidorm. Would stay here again!

Hotel itself was kept clean albeit a little tired in places. We had requested a family room, sadly it was a normal sized room with an extra bed crammed in. This left no room whatsoever. Food in restaurant for breakfast and lunch was very good, nice selecrion and very tasty. Major downside is the room walls are very thin and noise carries easily.... We had to listen to a women getting given a good time by a couple of mails for most of our last night. Not a great end to a short break

Absolutely cannot recommend this hotel enough. Make sure and book a poolside room and you get the benefit of a distant sea view too. Staff amazing and friendly and they keep the place immaculately clean.

El buffet bastante bien aunque solo estuvimos un día. Personal amable. Piscina en febrero a una temperatura buena para un niño de 3 años. Camas cómodas. Lo único negativo y por lo que no volvería a este hotel. Es que en la terraza ponen unas luces led que iluminan mucho toda la noche, sumado a que la ventana del cuarto de baño no tiene cortina para que no pase la luz y la puerta del baño a la habitación es translúcida. A nosotros porque nos gusta dormir con la menor luz posible pero habrá a otra gente que no le importe

Booked a pool view room with the hotel before I arrived and paid a lot of money for this and was told there was not a room booked plus the room I was given to myself was very small only 1 power socket ontop of the bed to charge phone and walls were paper thin can hear people conversations complained to receptionist about bar staff short changing me when I arrived paying for 2 drinks hand over a 20 euro was told it was a ten only had 20 euro when I arrived was told I would be contacted about room and money by the hotel manager ask a few time was not available will not be back room cleaner we’re excellent

250 euros la nuit pour un hôtel 4 * est trop cher pour le confort de la chambre notamment les lits.

Exceptional. Wonderful. Pleasant. Clean. Hotel is top located, extremely clean and even that buffet is not the big one, the food is delicious.
