My wife and I recently stayed at Treetops Hotel for four nights during our honeymoon. Audre and the rest of the team were accommodating, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay.
Highlights of the property include its proximity to the water taxi, complimentary bikes provided with your stay, and modern, recently updated rooms. While the pool is small, it is still refreshing and was a welcome place to cool off after long days of adventuring. Audre was especially helpful in coordinating taxis to and from the airport, as well as arranging golf cart rides on the island.
The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to the location. Being farther south, it is a bit removed from many restaurants and shops and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Split. It is also situated in a small residential neighborhood, which I am sure is not typically an issue, but there was some loud construction noise and a party one night during our stay.
That said, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely return the next time we are on Caye Caulker. Thank you, Audre and team.
